Great central location. Lovely apartment of a good size with all the amenities one needs. Slight negative… there was a foul smell from the drains in the bathroom and the a/c was not very easy to use. Plus they have very unfriendly polices of charging extra for early check-in even by a couple of hours and also charge for storing bags and that too in a different location.

The Granada Cathedral is right in front of the accommodation, and there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood ones!) and shopping centers nearby, making it so much fun to explore. Major sites like the Alhambra and Albaicín are all within walking distance, even for catching the minibus. The staff kept in touch throughout the process, making check-in a breeze, and I received my deposit back immediately after the trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, where I enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee with a stunning view of the Cathedral. It was a truly wonderful stay.

The apartment itself was exceptional — spotless, very new, warm, and beautifully designed. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and easy to use, from the kitchen and washing machine to the bathroom and dining area. It genuinely felt like a home, not just a place to stay.
But above all, it was the staff that made the biggest difference. During our stay, my daughter became seriously ill and we had to take her to the emergency room. We were physically and emotionally exhausted, and the team responded with incredible empathy and efficiency. They extended our check-out time, helped us move to another available apartment in a different building, and did everything they could to support us.
Their timely responses, understanding, and willingness to help gave us enormous comfort during a very difficult moment. Having a fully equipped kitchen also allowed us to prepare simple food for my daughter, which made a huge difference in her recovery.
This level of care and humanity is rare, and we are deeply grateful.
