Fabulous!
Perfect hotel in the center of Granada with a strategic location for visiting the city center and the Alhambra. Very beautiful characteristic decor and super spacious room and impeccable cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable and the staff kind and helpful. We had a really good time. Superlative!

Looooove.
I loved staying here. It was an unexpected delight. As someone who appreciates history and architecture I was fascinated with the ways hey were able to convert this building into not one but several hotels and and other establishments. I can’t speak for any other property, but Hotel Plaza Nueva met every one of my expectations and exceeded several!
The hotel is in a part of what was once the city official’s residence from the 1500s. It is a solid robust structure, true to old European construction, but has been meticulously maintained. It is a truly beautiful old building and our room was just… well… lovely. We had a view of Plaza Nueva from our double balconies, and in the not so far distance… the Alhambra!
The beds were comfortable and the unexpected loft and second bathroom made us feel like we were here for much longer than a short vacation. The water pressure was fantastic, the rooms and entire property were spotless and the location was amazing. Lots of towels, complimentary shampoo, body wash and lotion, a working bidet… just top notch. Just up the nearby road was a road of vendors selling items from all over. Lots of N African (think Moroccan) mixed with Spanish wares. Great little finds, no pressure to “come see” just pleasant “holas” and “buen días” from the vendors. It was very pleasant. I felt quite safe traversing the area on my own as my family rested in our little”apartment”.
The gentleman who greeted us was pleasant and responsive by WhatsApp to any of my questions. He even took the time to share the building’s history with me as we awaited our Uber on our last day.
I highly recommend this property and would absolutely return!

Excellent Value in a Fantastic Location
This was an excellent stay, especially for the price. I contacted the hotel before arriving and they were very accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which I really appreciated.
The room was larger than I expected, clean, and very comfortable. Although the furnishings are a bit dated, everything was well maintained and spotless. The blackout curtains worked extremely well, keeping the room cool and making it easy to get a good night’s sleep—or even take an afternoon nap.
Despite being located on a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet, and I slept very well throughout my stay.
The location is excellent, with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

A paradise in the center of Granada
It is one of the best hotels in Granada, located in the very center with wonderful views. The room is great, and the receptionists are charming. Without a doubt, I will return. I would request that for breakfast they provide pineapple or peach juice; there is only orange juice available.
