Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property's reception opening hours are from 15:00 to 21:00. Please note that we do not have 24-hour front desk service. Please note that it will not be possible to check-in after 9 PM. All common areas are open from 08:00 to 21:00 (kitchen, terrace, TV room and patio). Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. Late check-in's are not available at this property. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all beds booked in dorms will be located in the same room. Reservations for bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed at this property. Guests are required to present a valid ID, a credit card, and €50 in cash upon check-in. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and no parties allowed from 21:00 to 08:00. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00. If you have booked a bed in a female-only dorm room as a male, your reservation will not be valid and you will not be allowed to stay. Under no circumstances will the reservation be refunded if the rate is non-refundable. If it is a refundable rate, a refund will only be issued if the request is made 48 hours before check-in.
