Fantastic hotel with parking options and very central to everything

My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Granada we booked a superior room which had a brilliant comfy bed and spacious bathroom i would have no complaints about the room apart from the noise from the street in the early hours but no fault of the hotel - the staff work extremely hard in the restaurant and the bar we had breakfast two mornings which we paid 15€ and was well worth it compared to other places in the city there was a wide selection of fresh fruit fresh sourdough bread and eggs made while you wait would defo recommend and we ended each evening in the bar with a drink and maybe a dessert to share one night we had tacos they were so helpful especially two wee older men who are sooo efficient didn’t catch their names but nothing was too much trouble we also used the rooftop pool which was a welcome relief after a warm day in the city thanks to all st the wonderful hotel would defo recommend it 100%

Great place to stay

I came in from the United States for my nieces wedding. There were 14 people that stayed at the hotel. Everything was wonderful! Located in the city center for shopping and restaurants was very convenient. The reception staff provided taxi's for all of us to get around. It was a great experience

Well-located hotel, with an easy walk to the Alhambra. Clean, comfortable room and common areas. Excellent breakfast. Lovely rooftop terrace. The pool is really small (it's for cooling down, not swimming) and there isn't space for many sunbeds (maybe 10 sunbeds?) so there were often people waiting to use them. The gym is well-equipped but on weekday mornings it seems to be used by a personal trainer for an exercise class so you can't actually use much of the equipment. It was fine when I went back mid-afternoon but it was a bit annoying to not be able to use the gym first thing in the morning as I had planned. Despite these minor complaints, I would stay here again. It is a high quality hotel for a good price.

Our room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed both the restaurant and rooftop bar. The staff was very helpful. We were dealing with lost luggage and they helped us coordinate laundry service. Our only complaint would be that the gym was nice and useful as advertised, but a trainer used it for private training group classes while we were in there and they took up all the room, made us leave certain areas, and occupied the majority of the equipment. It seemed inappropriate. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

The room was really big and very comfortable with a balcony with a view of the Alhambra. The rooftop with the pool was great.
