Ideal for a short or long stay

We stayed in these apartments three times in less than a year for an extended period (30 January - 20 February 2022, 15 May - 4 June 2022, 1-22 October 2022). Moreover, every time we travelled as large groups (17 to 25 people), and thus these apartments were the best choice for us (we booked 7-8 apartments for each group).
The apartments are located in a quiet area and in a renovated old Andalusian-style building, which gives you a flavour of how Spanish people used to be accommodated when travelling. The building has three floors, with apartments spread around an inner patio that is very useful when desiring to relax and spend some time outside.
They are very spacious, with one or two bedrooms (accommodating 1 to 4 or 5 people), complete and modern equipped kitchens, stylish and high-quality furniture, everything combined with good taste.
We really felt at home (and even better), as the apartments are suitable for long staying.
Moreover, the suites are close to the main street of Granada, Gran Via de Colon (a 5-minute walk) and Los Jardines de Triunfo. In addition, the city's major attractions are reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes (Bib-Rambla Plaza, Gran Catedral, Alcaiceria, The Monument of Isabela and Cristofor Columbus). The Alhambra, Albayzin and Sacromonte are not far away.
Most of all, we enjoyed our host, Jose, who was constantly attentive to our needs and requests, giving a quick helping hand and acting more like a friend than an owner. Therefore, we will definitely choose Abadia Apartments if we return to Granada.

Not valid for winter

The suits is not valid for winter/ My room was not heated at the moent of my arrival. The suits had no heating at all only AC/ There was some heating in the bathroom but it was switched off. So it was very cold in the room at the first night. The stuff is not adeqate. They took a deposit 50 euro and when I asked to return it in the evening before my department I recived an refusal. But all over my lodging there was not nobody to check the room and and remove the waist. Fortunately I had some time before my morning department and had to go to Abadia Hotel with my luggige to receive the deposit. The check-in was in the hotel too. The suits have all basic amentities and at summer may be it would be the good choice.

More relaxing than my own home!

I arrived a bit early and was quickly accommodated with my room which was a major relief as I had flown in from the US. The apartment was in a residential neighborhood close to the center of town-within reasonable walking distance. A very safe neighborhood.
The apartment was incredible spacious- with adequate space for unpacking my clothes, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cookware and an electric stove top. The bathroom had a washing machine which was a hug convenience. There was an outdoor plaza which provided a seating area and plants which enhanced the scenery. A very safe and very clean stay. I was tremendously pleased!

Better for a longer stay

We were only booked for two nights and were a little disappointed. We had a third floor apartment and shared a balcony table with next door. The courtyard seemed a long way away and we didnt really benefit, though others did on lower floors. The apartment itself was good. Smallish bed but lots of space, reasonably well appointed kitchen and nice powerful shower. The cooker needed cleaning - we left it on for a while to try and getbrid of the fat smell. We were also a little disappointed with reception staff who were not very hepful. Not rude or anything but compared to everywhere else we stayed, just not quite there.
If you were staying for longer, these things are niggles and it was a decent locatiin, 5 min walk from Puerta Elvira and nice and quiet.

Spacious apartment with a few minor issues

In April we stayed in a nice ground-floor apartment with a high ceiling and one large and one small bedroom. Everything was pretty clean, apart from the kitchen (breadcrumbs in cupboard, fridge not cleaned). Could also do with some more cutlery.
The shower was clean and spacious.
You could sit outside in a central courtyard, which was nice as the apartment had no view of the streets, so it could feel a bit claustrophobic. At night it was very quiet, so you can be assured of a good night's sleep.
Apart from that proper Wifi and tele and very nice and helpful staff in the nearby hotel Abadia.

Very good location
