Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel with a lot of charm, of note, the treatment received by the staff resolving doubts and guiding at all times, the cleanliness of the facilities, the comfort of the rooms and the location with areas to walk and enjoy the place.

Dilapidated hotel and poor customer service

The hotel is very dilapidated. The room had some dead spiders attached to the wall. He asked to be removed, but nothing. Very small shower. The bathroom door would not close and the windows would not fit well. Since I made the Reservation, I requested a room inside that overlooks a garden. Oscar, the person in charge made no effort to try. What's more, it was pretty nasty and when I checked out and paid, he yelled at me and berated me. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Shame, because it is in a very good place and the attention previously was great.

Charming Stay with friendly service

A beautiful house with all the original features, very traditional, simple and friendly. The staff are lovely and I always return here. The breakfast is very handy if you want to grab a coffee and some toast before you head out and the metro station is just around the corner, about a 4 minute walk

Awful

Contrary to the image of a charming, old world, boutique hotel - this place is old, run down, poorly decorated and very, very over priced for what you get. And the staff are obnoxious and unhelpful. I respectfully asked for a cancellation and refund as the place was not at all as advertised and was told: Stay or go - you still pay. Not even an apology!

El que eligio la habitacion fue usted por Booking, con fotos y todas las explicaciones acerca del hotel asi como la politica de cancelacion.El que fue irrespetuoso, mal educado, amenazante, provocador y coaccionador fue usted con su actitud de pressing para que no se le cobrara los costres de cancelacion,por no hablar de la falta de rigor, respeto y dignidad humana ante la situacion de pandemia paseandose por todo el hotel sin mascarilla y ni tan siquiera lavarse las manos con hidrogel. Esa actutid tan grotesca llevo a tener que llamar a la policia por parte del personal, la cual se persono y fue testigo de determinado daño que usted causo para poder justificar una de sus fotos como defecto nuestro, por no hablar de dejar la puerta de la habitacion totalmente abierta exponiendo al resto de los clientes. Disculpas??? La gente incivilizada pierde la razon con las formas y usted no las tiene.

Nice little hotel on the good side of Getxo

Nice and sober little hotel nearby the sea 10-15 minutes walks to restaurants et bars.
Parking available and large rooms.
Breakfast was very short due to COVID still was fine.
The only issue is the noise from the road if you want to sleep with windows opened
