Great charming hotel!
Boutique hotel charming. Sober and very clean room. Welcoming women who ensure breakfast and cleaning are tops. Smiling, welcoming and valuable guides for the region! Thank you.

The place we almost stayed....but didn’t!
Sadly. And I mean sadly as we had been looking forward to staying here...we did not stay in the Noualt Hotel as planned and paid for.
Why? I can hear you say.
Reason....we spent over an hour driving around the town trying to access the property, on this particular day (16th May 2026) roads were all closed leading to the hotel.
The parking was non existent. The hotel is actually up a hill and on the main road. So accessing it was not easy. It is not a 100 yards from the centre.
A day or two earlier I had sent a message via the Contact Form on the website asking about car parking. No reply. I had messaged as we had read contradictory information about parking, so before heading off I thought I'd double check.
To give Noualt credit, they did email my husband two days after we should have arrived as we had not had breakfast. It felt nice to know that they were concerned.
We gave our reasons as to why we had not booked in. We had booked by Booking.com . We had not received the plethora of messages one usually gets from Booking.com so apart from the one message we had received from Noualt with a code. We had no other information.
During email exchange between Noualt and hubbie, we were informed that as we had booked by Booking.com the hotel did not have our details (email address) so could not contact us. So not sure how they had been able to email two days later! How did they get our details?
Hubbie had informed them I had tried to contact via Contact form on website, they said they had not received the message. So I sent another question via the Contact form asking for acknowledgement of message. Still no reply.
By all accounts the hotel were not aware of the road closures until that morning...which I find this hard to believe...its not a big town and surely, being a business they would have been informed earlier?
It's sad we didn't stay in the hotel, it did look lovely but it's left a very bitter taste in our mouth. We were so stressed by the events, we decided we had to book into another accommodation. We did, it was perfect with car parking and communication from the owners.
All I ask is that if you do want to stay at Noualt then check the parking and location. And don't use the Contact form as it's not fit for purpose.
Sorry to have left this negative review of somewhere we almost stayed but isn't the purpose of trip advisor is to give honest feedback to help other travellers?

Brilliant find in Ferreries
Stunning Boutique Hotel in Ferreries
Our son & his family live in Ferreries & we have visited many times but never stayed at the Noualt.
We will definitely be staying again.
Immaculately clean, super comfortable bed, amazing aircon which was very much needed during a particularly hot week!
Breakfast was just perfect.
First & foremost were the staff, x3 lovely ladies who served breakfast & kept the rooms to a very high standard.
We can’t wait to return.
Our son & his family live in Ferreries & we have visited many times but never stayed at the Noualt.
We will definitely be staying again.

Unwanted guests
Very nice hotel, tastefully decorated and in a strategic position to move around the island. Breakfast varied and good. Unfortunately we had unwelcome guests (ants) in the room for 6 days (duration of our stay). We immediately pointed out to the hotel staff, who told us they had provided with insecticide that was of no use. We also asked to change rooms but did not receive a response. So we put the clothes back in the suitcase and continued with several inconveniences our stay. The room was number 9.

Charming hotel, only 9 rooms. Unique architecture and very well selected materials.
Cleanliness, breakfast with fresh local produce.
Unbeatable treatment by the 3 girls who wear it: Judith, Cristina and Xisca. Friendly, always willing to advise you and with a smile.
Location close to free parking with easy access to main road. Ferreríes is a location close to the center of the island.
Family trip, marriage with 2 children, we stayed in the spacious suite.
Menorca a paradise, to repeat.
