Good, but...

This is written by a twelve-year-old child.
I went on a study trip with my school, and first of all, let's start with the positive aspects: It is located in a very nice place, it maintains the temperature well, and the rooms smell good upon entering. Negative things: if you have asthma, on the first day you might have a bit of trouble due to the large amount of wood present; also, the wood is a bit rotten. Food topic. The food is not bad, but it is industrialized and not very healthy. Room topic. As you can imagine, many students who come from schools for study trips stay there, so the rooms are a bit poorly treated: Dirty walls, sunken or even broken beds, scratches on the walls and tables. Another thing is that this hotel is at an altitude of 2 kilometers, so radio channels do not reach for entertainment.
But it can be understood; it is a hotel made for study trip arrivals, so it does not have to be of high quality.
In my opinion, this hotel is not three stars, but rather two.

Not recommended

We attended with a school trip, and the experience left much to be desired. The building is very outdated (except for the shower), there is not enough staff, and the food is terrible. The most concerning thing is that we, the teachers, were offered an alternative dish, as if the students were second-class guests. The schedule for the party room was laughable, especially considering that the only guests in the entire hotel were students on a school trip and they could not disturb other visitors. Additionally, the hotel should have reserved some activities for us, but they forgot, which prevented us from doing them on the established schedule. As a result, our plans were disrupted, and the activities were significantly shortened. They did not apologize and pretended that the problem was with the company that organized the activities; we only discovered it through an unintentional comment from a staff member.

Bad experience I do not recommend at all to come

It's all terrible. The horrible food, little variety as every day there are the same three dishes m and above stale and taste terrible, seems from the previous day or directly is, as they leave the prepared food out many hours. Super dirty tableware, disgusting. The lousy service, the workers waver and everything happens.
The machines don't work and they swallow the money. There are kids running all the time, impossible to rest, and there's nobody to complain to. There's an emergency number that's useless because no one answers.
The sheets bite, the hotel smells bad whole and everything is in bad shape. Rooms without doors, billiards broken... all messed up. I don't recommend it at all.

A lesson in how not to run a Hotel

A complete organizational disaster. I would strongly recommend hospitality schools to visit this hotel as a case study on the importance of proper hotel management — and to see firsthand what happens when no one is actually in charge. None of the staff members who assisted us seemed to have the necessary skills to perform their duties, and it clearly doesn’t appear to be their fault.
A surreal example: guests are asked to switch languages because the staff lack the ability to understand them — hardly logical for an establishment in the tourism industry.
On the positive side, the facilities are acceptable for the price and cleanliness was satisfactory. However, breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very poor-quality products and a dining room organization that could easily belong in a hidden camera show.
The pool is small, with rather murky water and plenty of leaves and debris floating around.

Very good location
