Best service

Hotel vent de mar is a very nice hotel. The service was excellent especially the front desk lady, Camilla, who added with her charming, competent personality to our marvelous stay.

three days of horror

I advise not to come to this hotel I have been for many years and great surprised by this year's nightmare three room changes due to the poor condition of the others with full board and only one meal terrible buffet and without food besides the morning reception person did not want to give their name bad manners bad behavior and little empathy I advise not to take full board and to ensure the condition of the rooms for your safety

Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

NEW YEAR'S EVE

It was one of my worst experiences. We went 18 pax to celebrate New Year's Eve. They gave us 1.05cm beds. Some couples. The crib and floppy pillows. The springs in the bed were thumping. On my toilet there was no hairdryer. In another it was sparkling and in others it didn't work. The TV wasn't going. And to finish down to dinner we were unad 70 pax, with 1 waitress for drink and two other girls without any experience, very losses. Plastic fountains. 1 glass for wine, soft drink and water. The tap water was taken out in jugs. And the frozen food. And finally our friend had DJ gazette, x q ka music could not be heard and was horrifying and without room to dance, diners had to set aside tables or go out has received dancing. And it ended the next day when we went upstairs from breakfast we could not enter the rooms x q blocked them all. For future customers q know what there is.
