Superbe appartement a ne pas rater

Appartement super pour couple, avec tout le necessaire, tres propres, assez récent, avec piscine privée et cours de tennis. a 10 minutes de la plage de Tazacorte et proche des commerces. Parking devant l'appartement
Il s'agit d'un batiment de seulement 3 appartements donc calme absolut

I missed the warmth

The holiday apartment is spacious. Large terrace. As it was below 20 degrees, I didn't spend much time there.
Poor WiFi reception. Lots of barking dogs. Especially during the day. It was quiet at night.
No bidet. Small kitchen area.
Shower with curtain. With a platform without a handle. Then came the mishap. The tiles on the platform have a groove. And that's exactly where my longest toe got caught. I still don't know if it's broken. It's not OK yet. I can walk. App.3. Please check.
I didn't like the rental procedure. All landlords in Spain paid by credit card. Only Teresa didn't. I received the bill in handwriting the next day. And then paid online. Inconvenient.

Construction absolutely not prepared for the cold weather expected in Winter in El Paso

Cold wind could easily come into the house, so we were at the same temperature as outside.
They didn't do a real Check-in, they didn't ask for ours IDs.
The house was clean enough.
I wouldn't choose that house again.

Heerlijk app met goede keuken en mooi terras

We verbleven hier 5 nachten. Genoten van ons mooie terras en van het kleine zwembad wat ons goed beviel voor de broodnodige verkoeling. Je hebt uitzicht op de bergen en een fantastisch zich ‘s avonds op de sterrenhemel. Enig puntje van kritiek was het enorme lawaai van de vele honden in de buurt. Al met al een goed verblijf.

Prima accomodatie, goed verzorgd, ligt mooi centraal voor de uitstapjes op het eiland.

Prima vakantieverblijf. wij waren hier 18 nachten. Ruim terras met middagzon, voorzien van zitje en ligbedden. en stukje tuin.
Goed van uitrusting, alles nagenoeg aanwezig: wasmachine/koffieapparaat/
waterkoker/broodrooster/oven/strijkplank/strijkbout, prima keuken uitrusting, zeker naar vakantiebegrippen.
je krijgt één keer per week schoon beddengoed en meerdere handdoeken. Eigenaresse spreekt alleen Spaans, dus het is handen en voetenwerk en google translate. Verder is het de bedoeling dat je alles zelf doet. Wij troffen geen schoonmaakmiddelen aan, dus zelf gekocht.
wij waren in december en dan moet je wel tegen de temperatuur kunnen. Het is hier gemiddeld 6 á 7 graden kouder dan aan de kust. 's morgens werden wij wakker bij een temperatuur van zo rond de 13 graden. Er is een klein elektrisch kacheltje, maar dat is onvoldoende om de kou en vocht eruit te halen. temperatuur in huis is niet boven de 17 graden geweest. Door vocht nu wel wat schimmelplekken en paddenstoeltjes op de grond. Internet is aanwezig maar ontvangst is minimaal en soms helemaal niet. Er is een klein buitenzwembad en een tennisbaan.
