Nice hotel for relaxing with children
Budget hotel with excellent catering .Swimming pools on the street with slide and inside with Jacuzzi.All inclusive package will not disappoint.100 meters small beach with a fine water call.

The hotel was in good location, parking at the hotel was easy. Staff were very good at check in. The hotel is very outdated but shower was great and room was spotless. It did exactly what we needed for 1 night in beautiful Dénia.
We got back to the hotel around 11pm. It was full on party and noisy but didn’t affect us and we could t hear anything from our room.

Perfect for coming as a family.
We are very happy with the experience year after year, which is why this is the fifth consecutive year that we have been coming with our children.
In addition to the pools and the service (waiters, cleaning, and reception), which is wonderful, what makes us stay the most is the entertainment, which is a 10. My children are delighted with the counselors, Vero, Rebeca, Carla, and the others, who make it impossible to be bored throughout the day because there are always activities, for both children and adults. The fact that our children spend the rest of the year asking if they can return to the Hotel Port Denia in the summer is the best sign that they have enjoyed themselves and that things are being done well there.

Without a suitcase for 3 or 4 days due to terrible organization.
Terrible experience in a luggage room, all cramped; one day they took everything at once because there wasn't a single room prepared. They took our suitcase by mistake, and we had to wait 4 days for them to bring it to us, and apart from that, the most shocking thing is that the hotel did not take charge of bringing us the suitcase but let the woman who took the suitcase by mistake plan whether to send it by a company that took longer and was cheaper or less time but more expensive. It arrived on time by a miracle, but we were left for 3 or 4 days without the suitcase, and on top of that, they don't know how to make a piña colada at the hotel bar; honestly, I couldn't even drink half of it. Honestly, I would not repeat there, and please be more careful with things; I hope it changes. But if you have to talk to someone, it is the assistant manager because he is very nice and deserves a lot of credit; he notified us of everything and gave us money so we could buy clothes. My thanks to him.
