Great weekend.

The location is great, the restaurant staff is very friendly and professional, especially Maria Jose Santana, who is always smiling. The food is varied and very good, always ensuring that nothing is missing on the trays. The rooms are clean. The only downside is that the café bar closes at midnight, and when I went to get some drinks to take to the balcony at 11:50 PM, they did not serve me because they said the bar was already closed. This is the only downside regarding the schedule not being respected. Overall, everything is very good for a repeat visit.

Pleasant surprise.

Much more comfortable and modern than we expected.
The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom and the terrace, which comfortably allows for dining or having dinner with ease.

Not recommended hotel. Meal plan not recommended.

Breakfast not recommended on weekends: by 9 AM there is hardly anything left, and it takes about 10 minutes to replenish (see photos). When they do replenish, there are fights, literally, over a fried egg.
During the month of May at least, from 6 to 7 PM in the pool, which is full of children, they play disco music at quite a loud volume.
The hotel has 12 floors and although there are 3 elevators, at certain times there are lines (see photo) and the wait time can be up to 10 minutes.

Very good hotel

Hotel that deserves much more than a 4-star rating.
The staff is fantastic
The meals are delicious, not necessarily a lot of choices, but the dishes are very good.
A good compromise

Bland hotel and not very recommendable

Quite a bland hotel. The common areas were quite well-kept, but the rooms were as bland as can be. Good size and clean, but with no personality whatsoever... And on top of that, the walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything. After 8 o'clock, it was impossible to sleep.
The breakfast was passable, except for the orange juice, which was terrible. But the worst part was that on the first morning we went to the dining room door (where they had told us at reception that breakfast was served) and they told us, exactly, "No, breakfast is served on the lower floor," while we were seeing people having breakfast inside...
We went down, and our breakfast room was a rather shabby hall, not like the dining room that looked nice...
Maybe what was served was the same, but they made us feel like second-class guests... We, like most people, book where it is cheapest, so we understand not getting a room with a view, but this... Very poor on the hotel's part, no matter how they justify it.
Other points to criticize are the size of the pool, which was also tidy but very, very small, and how complicated it was to take the elevator during peak hours... I cannot imagine how things will be in both cases (pool and elevator) in August...
Otherwise, it is near the beach in a pretty nice area, but due to the issues I mentioned, I would not recommend it for summer vacations.

Very good location
