A house to enjoy.

We were in the house the cockerel vane, and it was magnificent, everything very clean, comfortable , the beds the bathrooms, the great hosts, a whole luxury, we will happily return a 10.

TOTAL INATTENTION IS UNACCEPTABLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOURS. THEY DON'T.

Our experience with Cuencaloft has been very disappointing, mainly due to the total lack of care outside of office hours. The agency is only available from 9:30-10:00 to 21:00, and outside of that range, it doesn’t matter what you have: no one answers, either by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
We arrived at 21:00 and did the self-check to collect the keys, but the apartment was not well identified. There was no indication that it was number 7, so we had to go door to door throughout the building, bags in hand and without elevator, until thanks to another family staying there we managed to find the right door. All this with the uncertainty of whether we were even in the right building and without the possibility of contacting anyone to guide us.
The apartment itself was very old, although with a superficial renovation. Just what we needed for a couple of days, but I wouldn't stay any longer. Low ceilings, tiny bathroom... acceptable, but basic.
The worst thing, no doubt, was that when the bathroom cistern arrived it did not work. We tried to contact by all means and did not get a response until 10 am the next day. We were forced to cope on our own. And to top it off, when they finally called us, they told me to contact Booking... when I booked directly with Cuencaloft. A clear way to get rid of the problem.
I definitely won't book with Cuencaloft again. Managing apartments isn’t just handing over keys: it’s giving support, especially when something goes wrong. It could have been a family with kids left on the street unaided until the next day. Unacceptable.

Inhumans is little

Inhuman. We are from Valencia, to spend 3 days in Cuenca, from 31 Oct to 3 Nov. The day after the disaster we called to change the dates. They do not give us that option, let alone return the reservation because according to them, the trains were going to be restored on the 1st... we are at 14 and has not yet normalized rail or road transport. We put a negative review and they ask us to remove it because they were negotiating with the insurance to take care of it. 2 weeks later we are informed that we will not be refunded. A company embarrassment. Moreover, some of us are directly affected, with no possibility, even today, of moving from their localities.

Embarrassing.

Misleading advertising. We have stayed at Cuenca loft Azafranes, house full of moisture, unsanitary and without space. An inborn thimble. Shameful. The comments seem to be yours. I have left reviews on Booking and contributed photos.

Publicidad engañosa. Borran los comentarios negativos de todas las plataformas. No son lo que se muestra en las imágenes

Por favor, huir de esa empresa. El apartamento está infestado de hormigas (de verdad, el banco de la cocina era un cuadro), sucio, sin menaje, y a parte, cuando se lo comentas a ellos o a Booking te dicen que te quejas mucho además de bloquean.
Coger otro porque la experiencia va a ser desagradable y desesperante, huir por favor y que no os suceda lo que me ha pasado con mi familia.
