Great apartment with pool fairly close to the beach and reasonable distance to local facilities / bars and shopping.
Fantastic affordable good facilities and friendly / helpful management company.
This is a great apartment complex with a good sized pool and small gym.
There are really easy to follow instructions from Yuli who is available on Watsap 8am to 8pm. Questions are responded to quickly and patiently - even when the information has already been provided (but not read properly.)
This is a quiet complex and there is no on site reception or bar. Bars are nearby and the town centre is close / a short scooter ride away.
Local taxis are abundant and there is an electric scooter stand by the front door - they are easier to use than you might think.
In the apartment there is a small kitchen and the sofa also transforms into a sofa bed if needed.
The apartment I had had no AC but it wasn’t a problem as windows at the front and back allowed for good ventilation.
The apartment also has a washing machine and coffee maker.
It’s close to the beach and for an extra charge you can book parking on site if you are arranging a hire care for transfers etc. I used TopCar as a hire company as was in the airport and open late which helped with a late flight.
I hope to be coming to stay again - thank you.

Cockroaches everywhere!!!
This was the worst stay ever. Cockroaches everywhere!! They were in the bed, in the fridge, in our clothes, on the towels, everywhere!! We let the host know however they did do nothing about it! We reached out again and they said that they would help us the next day. As we could not sleep another night with our new pets we had to move out. They mentioned we would get a refund, but now they say that they do not know anything about that. Do NOT book!!!

Avoid this place at all costs.
We booked this accommodation for a long stay (2 months) and had to leave after one night because the room was unsafe and uninhabitable.
There was visible black mold in the room (serious health hazard), everything was dirty, furniture was broken, doors to the bedroom did not close properly. The condition of the place was completely different from what was advertised.
Because of the mold and overall state of the room, we were forced to find alternative accommodation immediately, which meant paying twice, dealing with unnecessary stress, and losing time and money.
The most frustrating part?
The property takes zero responsibility and refuses to refund us (almost 4000 EURO). The only contact provided leads to the same on-site manager who claims she “has no authority to do anything” and refuses to provide contact details for anyone who does. No solutions, no accountability.
We strongly advise anyone considering this accommodation to stay away unless you are prepared to risk your health, your money, and a lot of stress.

For pensioners on sunset avenue
It is not a place to stay for vacationers. Full of prohibitions. In the pool you can not: bring things to eat or drink, you can not smoke, you can not listen to music. You can't talk out loud, you can't joke about it practically nothing can be done except bathing, but if you want to swim you have to do it in silence. It is more like a hospice/clinic than a holiday residence. I do NOT recommend it to those who go on vacation. It is only suitable for pensioners on the sunset avenue.

Price too expensive for lack of service
Old cutlery (partial coating peeled off), wobbly chairs and no cleaning during the stay (2 weeks), also no new bed linen after a week.
Everything in self-management, including registration.
Repairs in the neighboring apartment led to a dirty terrace and dusty laundry, as these were carried out unexpectedly. The construction dirt naturally had to be removed by us. The apartment is on the street, which can lead to noise problems due to the lack of air conditioning.
If you ask questions, you get the feeling that the guest is the problem. There is no proper coffee machine, because the glass jug is apparently broken every time. No information about where the garbage is disposed of, only when asked are they told to separate the garbage, with a very small garbage can.
