Good hotel in the center of Ciutadella

We really enjoyed the hotel. Very well located. Very clean. Very charming. In the staff section, Simona, Maria and Rebekah are all lovely, friendly and willing to help you with anything. However, at our last breakfast, we had a mishap with another girl who gave us a hard time. Except for that, all very well.

Friendliness and facilities

The friendliness of the lady at the front desk makes arrival just like getting home. Mr. Tb a gentleman. Beautiful hotel, most central impossible. I had a lovely terrace room. Impeccable cleanliness. I travel a lot and don’t usually put reviews of hotels or restaurants but this time I think they deserve it. When I return to Citadel I already have my hotel fetish. Hotel Artemisa without any doubt. I don't know.

Beautiful and very clean hotel

A charming hotel...right next to the cathedral...super comfortable, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, soundproof and with an exquisite breakfast.

Lovely staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean.
Safe didn’t work but will get looked at. Staff not on 24hours.
Very central location, easy to get everywhere but loud at night. Shame only hand wash, no shampoo. No milks in fridge, no glasses but if you asked all help given

Summer in Menorca

All very nice! Hotel with cozy rooms clean friendly staff and helpful top breakfast. Really exceptional location.
