A very pleasant hotel restaurant spa.

A hotel very well located between Madrid and Toledo. Hotel restaurant with parking. Several buildings where you can simply have a drink, with indoor and outdoor lounges. Two dining rooms. Pleasant breakfast room with a wide selection of savory and sweet products. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is professional, pleasant, and attentive to the customer.

Little empathy with the customer.

We checked in last Sunday, May 17th, and we were placed in a room where at 8:30 in the morning, the adjacent room was being renovated with hammers, mallets, and saws... having free rooms on the same floor, since that day it was practically empty, they could have accommodated us in any other room and not in the one next to the construction knowing it in advance. As the receptionist acknowledged to us. We paid almost €100 to rest, and after filing the relevant complaint, we have not received a single communication from the hotel.

As the song says: All night without sleep

Horrible, impossible to sleep.
There was a study trip and all night with banging and a lot of noise.
At reception they say you need the excursions to survive, but, I'm dead.
For another night I spend in a disco that is more pleasant and cheaper.
I don't recommend it.

Do not go to this hotel, there are more in Illescas and the staff at least the owner sure are more normal.

It is very disappointing to see that the hotel owner is not only disrespectful to the guests, and the deal is absolutely nil.

Not generous with drinking and little cleaning.

Nothing recommended, very limited drink on a Christmas Eve menu, just a glass of cava , we paid for two children's menus and we were put on a shared one for the girls.
Insufficient cleanliness of room , to be a 4 star hotel leaves much to be desired.

Estimada 628manolig, cuando hicieron la reserva telefónica, en el que se le proporciona condiciones, precios e información, nos indicaron que con ustedes viajaban 2 niñas pequeñas, y que como eran pequeñas sacáramos un menú para las dos, esta petición suya la anoto debidamente detalla la persona que les atendió en su reserva, y se les informó que por edad cobraríamos los dos aunque solo se sacará uno y estuvieron de acuerdo, por lo que actuamos según sus indicaciones. Durante la cena, se puso sopa para dos, aunque habían indicado uno, se puso carne para dos, aunque dijeron solo uno y cuando se quejaron durante la cena, de que solo estábamos sirviendo uno, volvemos a escribir que debido a sus indicaciones, ya que si no como al resto de niños del salón se hubiera sacado uno para cada uno, aunque la mitad del menú ya se había servido para dos, les ofrecimos el menú entero debidamente envasado para que se lo llevaran, cosa que declinaron y desde este momento, ya todo estuvo mal.
Es del todo incomprensible que hagan indicaciones que contradicen sus quejas, entendemos que debido a la práctica habitual que utilizan muchos clientes para intentar que quizá esto supusiera el descuento de un menú infantil, cosa que como se les dijo desde el primer momento no se iba a realizar, ya que las condiciones las explicamos, enviamos y cumplimos.
En cuanto a las copas de cava, el menú incluye una, la indicación que damos a camareros es que como cortesía si alguien pide un poco más ofrecerles, si no se la pusieron lo lamentamos, no obstante, le sirvieron lo contratado en el menú.
