We really enjoyed it!!!
The location is excellent. The service is friendly and reliable. The meals, breakfast and dinner, are served as a buffet and taste excellent. It is seasoned neutrally; salt and pepper are on the tables. The room was cleaned every day and is sufficiently large for us.

Perfect vacation!
Nice clean hotel with direct beach access. We had a very nice spacious room with a balcony and a side sea view. The beds were equipped with very good mattresses; I slept better than at home!
The bathroom was also very spacious and equipped with a shower-bathtub. It might be a bit difficult for older guests. However, it did not bother us at all.
The rooms were cleaned daily and new towels were hung up.
The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We had booked with breakfast, which we had no complaints about. There was a large breakfast buffet with plenty of options for all types of food.
Every morning and evening there was entertainment, such as yoga, water aerobics, evening shows, bingo, and much more.
Roberto, the entertainer, puts in a lot of effort; he provided us with a wonderful and fun week! Thank you very much for that. We had no desire to spend the evening anywhere else.
Aside from that, the entire staff, whether at the bar, at the reception, or during breakfast, was super nice and always in a good mood.
So all in all, a perfect vacation!

Advantageous location with clear deficiencies
Just decided to go there. Well, we hadn't booked a sea view room. Room with city view and partial sea view was my booking. Everything you need from our room on the 1st floor. Floor, has seen was a wall adjoining the kitchen area. No city view, no side sea view. On request for another room, you were repeatedly put off to "later" or upgrade for more money. Ultimately, no other room was also not provided an upgrade!
Although the TV is not important, but first a battery was missing in the operation, was picked up by me at the reception. The TV had a "life of its own", only turns on after about 15 minutes and after a while (30-50 minutes) it turned off again. After complaint, the problem was not fixed.
So a poor service!!!
I also suspect that the ventilation system in the room is probably moldy, as I and my daughter had to deal with strange coughs on the fourth day after activating the heating twice (room cool, even the days were not so warm). Even in the bathroom, the mold corners were visibly merely painted over. In addition, it also "smelled" slightly of mold. I didn't advertise this anymore, because we left the next day anyway and the defects would not have been corrected anyway.
Breakfast ok, but certainly expandable. Just one coffee machine for everyone is just too little! Additional Nestle-Tap machines were only partially operational or defective. The juice vending machine dispensed a colored water broth.
The staff in the restaurant area is very helpful and friendly.
In short, the hotel thrives on the location, which is really good. However, this cannot outweigh the service performance. I can't say anything about the rooms with sea view, but there are certainly better ones!?
Should we come back to the corner, this hotel certainly not anymore!

Comfort of the room new mattress, new fridge, our nights were quiet helpful staff available PERFECT
7th time in this hotel which is constantly improving! Friendly and helpful staff available! Quiet and comfortable room perfect cleaning! The food is varied and delicious, we feasted! Animator Roberto is great! It is a family hotel that no longer has an all inclusive, so it is quieter and the holidaymakers who frequent it are much or less agitated and less noisy! Worries of deckchairs around the pool, which are reserved very top in the morning, but it is fashionable and everywhere the same, despite the fact that the management took off the towels one morning! You have direct access to the beach from the hotel, and all meals face the sea! Many restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk away, with a pleasant walk on the seafront!
