Excellent for the price
What a great location, right next to holiday world. Friendly staff, nice and quiet lovely pool couldn’t ask for anything more. Stayed in most of the bungalows down here all about the same....... would recommend if your on a budget

My stay was supposed to last 1 month but I gave up after 17 days of struggle and went home disillusioned, overstimulated and sad.
Of the 17 days there were 16 days of heavy nuisance .. 1 large construction site of houses that are being renovated, of which I was in the center. Drilling, pounding and noise all day long, so you couldn't be outside or in the house. Between 0800-1700 every day it was hit and to be really completely disturbed. Sometimes the construction workers continued after 1700 hours. There were 12 hour days of noise from 0800-2000. And to several houses at the same time. So all this had nothing to do with a well-deserved vacation.
So the only thing you could do in this situation was to flee somewhere else, every day. By the way, not to the central swimming pool on the complex because the noise of the renovation also reverberated there as if it were a sound box. Or they were busy blowing twigs away with a leaf blower for a few hours.
Was there any moment of peace? Yes, sometimes after 1700 hours only then there were dogs that reacted continuously to everything and barked for hours. Even when I moved carefully through the garden, the neighbor's dog started again. And don't think that those Spaniards care or want to do anything about it. There were no pets in the house rules… but apparently that did not apply to the permanent residents of the complex. The conclusion is, in addition to the unprecedented noise of the renovation every day, it is not a quiet living environment in the complex. (it is in the ad) There is a lot of unrest, screaming, barking dogs, all kinds of noise all day long, screaming children, crying babies and not to mention the nuisance amusement park (50 meters) across the street.( and that was the worst)
You get overstimulated and stressed and everything you didn't want on this "vacation"
A host/owner who really doesn't care at all that you are in overpaid misery there. He has his money in and it will itch. He knew about the situation in advance and because of everything I had texted in the 1st days, but never once asked how the situation was or went.
At all he has not responded to anything, no response to app or when I called.

The beds are really really cool. Squeaking and creaking with terrible mattresses. Every morning I woke up with a sore back.
The ceiling fans sometimes falter, making it unbearable in the house. I really missed an air conditioner. By the way, all houses here have air conditioning?!
Fungi in the cushions and the hammock.
Cockroaches in the house upon entering.
Fly fly and fly some more.
Often eating outside just didn't work (in any case because of the noise) because so many flies were really unbelievable.
Showering in the much too cramped shower, you can not soap yourself with good decency.
Shower for 4 minutes and then you only have cold water.
In the bathroom you can literally hear the neighbors talking or a baby crying.
All appliances in the house are from cheap brands—> apparently means a lot of noise, for example from the washing machine that is in principle semi in the living room..
The dishwasher is the same .. the fridge also makes a lot of noise and is annoying at night when you want to sleep and you always have a loud hum. Then you would say close the door but you want some fresh air as it is very hot (no air conditioning)
Cheap baking pans (Ikea) so you bake everything almost immediately. Worthless set of pans.
You can't make it cozy inside because there is only bright light and no separate side lamps.
The fact that you furnish it cheaply is fine for renting out, but then don't charge top prices for your house. Because then you create expectations.

Very good for price
Really enjoyed my stay here, it was nice and quiet, rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable, this place has a lovely swimming pool which I dipped my toe into but it's very cold, not many kitchen utensils provided only 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan.
There is a nice flat walk to the beach it is quite a way but do-able, there are some reasonable priced restuarants nearby at Faro 2 a short taxi ride and your at The Yumbo Centre.

Budget
This is a 2 star budget accommodation so don't go if you expect 4 star , changed bungalow to one facing the pool negatives : some are modernised but still very tired and tatty bed sheets not changed at all during the whole week , room was cleaned twice and towels God forbid we asked for clean towels and faced the wrath of the housekeeper all o can say about the little woman is he is a right battleaxe , security wasn't very good windows don't lock and doors have been forced open , so glad we had a car I think there was a bus stop near but a bit away from things parking can be a premium outside , we went out most days so just stayed there in afternoon , positives are lovely sitting outside your bungalow facing pool on your patio which has table and chairs and loungers which was nice but loungers need jetwashing , it was very quiet when we were there which was great
But when we left there were rowdy groups arriving . Don't think we would return as we would prefer 4 star but just ok for last minute cheapy

Nice place
Staying here as we speak. The people in reception are nice and very accommodating. The area itself is nice and quiet, and the location is great! Can't really complain about anything, except that ants will show up if you leave any food or used utensils around, but that is to be expected anyway. The shop in reception is a bit pricey, but there are supermarkets nearby.
