A real gem!
We are leaving today, just before eliminating Spain in the World Cup semi-finals , with one regret: having to leave this hotel.
The Protur Turó Pins enjoys an ideal location, a few minutes from the sea and all the excitement of Cala Ratjada, while offering a quiet and relaxing environment. It is exactly what we were looking for for our vacation.
The establishment is impeccable: the rooms as well as the common areas are impeccably clean, the facilities are modern, perfectly maintained, and the spa is a true haven of peace. Everything is designed so that you feel good from the very first moments.
The dining is excellent, varied, and generous, with quality products. The bar is a real hub of activity, just as pleasant for sharing a lively evening as for enjoying a quieter moment. The entertainment offered each evening is friendly, without being intrusive, and fully contributes to the warm atmosphere of the hotel.
But what really makes the difference is the team. (Bravo to the establishment's Director, Mr. TOUS, for this achievement and your extreme kindness )
From the first day to the last, we were welcomed with a smile. Each member of the staff is of exemplary professionalism, always available, attentive, responsive, and possesses a kindness that has become rare. You can feel a genuine desire to please and to make each guest's stay unique. It is thanks to teams like this one that a very beautiful hotel becomes an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this vacation perfect.
The location also makes it easy to discover the most beautiful parts of the island. If you are in the area, definitely do not miss Cala Gat, a magnificent little cove with crystal-clear waters, a true little paradise.

Too expensive for what it is
Too expensive for what it is
The rooms are nice, but the food is mediocre.
Drinks are very expensive, and there’s no pitcher of water on the table.
The waiter wouldn’t let us bring in our own bottle of water.
The buildings are crammed right up against each other, and the pool is tiny.

Very enjoyable stay at Protur Turo Pins
Wonderful hotel with excellent staff in all areas. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 people in reception who checked us in quickly and explained about the hotel. A welcome glass of Cava was also provided. The hotel grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool was pleasingly warm. Restaurant staff were good at breakfast and dinner. Moreno who greeted us most of our stay when dining is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Always cheerful and ready to help. The chef named Francis was also really good. His chicken skewers were first class. Always something in the restaurant that suited our taste. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard by the young lady who cleaned the third floor in block A. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return if visiting Cala Ratjada.

Wonderful hotel with warm staff! Just fantastic!
Beautiful! It was a great experience from the first second. The staff is authentically warm and give you a nice time! The rooms are very spacious and clean and are completely cleaned every day. The whole hotel complex is very well maintained and clean.
The half board is highly recommended! There are always other theme nights and the food is delicious! There is something for everyone, even people who don't like everything. There are meatless, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives. The bar is a nice place to stay, cheap and the “snacks” are huge :D We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back next year:) Thanks to all the staff! You can tell that the hotel is run with love and heart. Hasta luego!

An absolutely wonderful hotel
A beautiful hotel in Spanish style.
The rooms very spacious- with all amenities!
living room with sofa and armchairs,
Kitchenette with fridge, kettle and a selection of tea and coffee.
2 TVs (in the living room and bedroom)
Bedroom with large, very comfortable bed - especially the large bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower with rain shower !
The Service is particularly positive!
All employees are always warm and absolutely competent!
From the cleaner (always perfectly clean!).
The waiters and waitresses (who do everything so diligently always with a smile on their face )
The wonderful animation (super shows and a particularly great MinI disco for children).
And the food- every day a big buffet (on a different theme - Spanish, Mediterranean, Indian, Gala dinner...) absolutely fantastic!
An immensely wide selection of freshly cooked food -
Salad that you can put together yourself and a barbecue station - where you can have fresh meat and fish roasted.
All in all - a wonderful, commendable place !!
We went to 3. Once there - and have already booked the next 2 trips!!
