Great place for a quiet drink and lunch.
We stumbled across this hidden gem when we were visiting on a boat ride from Cala Bona. We spotted the chairs and then looked through to the bar and then into the garden Terrace. We asked if it was okay to sit in the garden Terrace and Paco the lovely waiter said yes of course. It’s a beautiful garden Terrace with lots of interesting features. My daughter and I stopped for lunch as it was so lovely and quiet a real Oasis. My daughter had curry bratwurst which she loved. I had a home-made Bavarian hamburger I have to say it was one of the best hamburgers I think I’ve ever eaten all home-made. So if you’re passing and you want a cool drink in a quiet surrounding on lunch, I can highly recommend this place. A big shout out to Paco he was so friendly and smiling all the time he was the best waiter on our holiday.

When a receptionist advises a guest not to return.
Unfortunately, I cannot rate this hotel as positively after my stay this year as I did last year. That is precisely why my disappointment is even greater, as I consciously booked here a second time because I was very satisfied with the hotel, food, and service back then.
The rooms are generally clean, and the staff in the restaurant is friendly, attentive, and dedicated. For this, I would like to express my explicit praise.
However, my stay was overshadowed by an incident at the reception. I was repeatedly approached about makeup stains on used towels. I was informed that these supposedly could no longer be cleaned. I found this approach to be inappropriate. The situation became even more uncomfortable as I was repeatedly addressed on this topic.
When I finally explained that I find this type of communication inappropriate and that under these circumstances I would probably not stay at this hotel again, I received a response from the concerned staff member that he also thought that was a good idea.
I find it disrespectful and unprofessional that a receptionist implies to a paying guest that they should not return in the future. The issue was not the towel topic itself, but rather the manner in which I was spoken to.
After this incident, I also had the impression that only the bare minimum was done during the room cleaning. Additionally, I requested a second small towel for my hair multiple times. Despite repeated inquiries, this simple request was not fulfilled during my stay.
I also see a need for improvement during dinner. While there are some options for vegetarians, the selection is very limited. Those who do not want to primarily resort to fried foods have difficulty putting together a varied and filling meal.
I find it particularly disappointing that I have contacted the hotel management both on-site and subsequently in writing, yet have received no feedback so far.

We stayed here very well, spacious room with balcony, good room service, rich breakfast and dinner, very nice staff and good assistance with questions and problems. Would love to come back,

Close to the centre yet isolated from the hustle and bustle
The hotel is very close to the center, short distances to Son Mol and Cala Gat, but also Calla Agulla is within easy reach. The staff is super friendly. The hotel has been modernized, yet has a certain charm that invites. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is a problem especially at the pool. The audience this year was very young and unfortunately loud. Until midnight you can hear loud music from the adjacent localities. For children there are better hotels in Cala Radjada.
The entrance area and especially the garden are idyllic and romantic. Invites you to linger.
