Very good stay

We have been very comfortable. A family stay. The beds are super comfortable. Easy parking, good breakfasts, and helpful staff.

Room available 1h late, have to wait with pregnant women in the car.
Aging building.
A/C terribly noisy and not working.
Poor sound insulation. Heard everything next door, discussions, kids running, dog barking. Finally the dog barking next door, woke us up at 3 AM !
Really not worth 4 stars.

A mediocre hotel

The hotel explains secluded and it was not a pleasant neighborhood for walking the rooms were nice needed maintenance, the pool was not in use and that sawer also looked very dirty.
The breakfast was fine the dinner was mediocre, the staff in the bar and restaurant were not really friendly the receptionist was very friendly.

Laundry services was listed as available. However, it is not. Staying almost three weeks, laundry service was one of the criteria for the selection of the hotel. Ok breakfast, OK room.

Acceptable

Breakfast (PA) is within expectation, with sufficient variety. The cleanliness of the hotel is good and the staff has always proved affordable and helpful.
Regarding the restaurant, we were also well served, however I consider that there is room to improve the quality and presentation of the dishes.
My experience at the hotel was, in general, positive, but with one important negative that I consider relevant to mention.
At the time of booking through Booking, I was not informed that access to the indoor pool would involve an additional cost per person. This information was only given to us already at the hotel, which eventually generated an unexpected extra cost. As the pool is one of the selection criteria, this aspect should be clearly communicated in advance.
