Great place for a relaxed family holiday.
I was a little concerned having read some reviews that suggested that the complex was dated and not of a great standard, but did not find this to be the case at all. Yes, the villas are simply furnished, and do not come with all the amenities that you would expect at a hotel, but this is a self catering offering, and priced accordingly.
Our villa was very charming- all the rooms were of good sizes, and the air conditioning was perfect! There were two loungers and a table outside in the private front area, and the loungers by the pool were plentiful and very comfortable. My parents joined us for four nights of the week, and the villa did not feel cramped, even with four adults and two children. The kitchen was a little dated, but fully functional, and the only thing it was missing was some shape knives for food preparation.
The pool is really clean and warm, and the gardens are well kept. It is an easy stroll into town, although I would recommend hiring a car in order to explore some of the more private and beautiful beaches nearby.
I would definitely recommend this development- the staff are friendly, and were delighted by my daughter trying out her Spanish. We will certainly be returning, and couldn't recommend it enough if you are looking for a relaxed holiday in simple and clean accommodation.

Very good option
We stayed in a villa with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in all rooms, although we didn't use it much because it was very good inside the house. Clean and with all the cooking utensils, perhaps the refrigerator is a little old and they don't clean the villa every day or replace the toilet paper. You find it relatively clean but then as if you were at home, you do the cleaning. The gardens were very well maintained and the pool was very clean, there was almost no one there. There is a beach cove very very close, of the 6 coves that I visited while I was on the island, for me the best of all is the one next to the apartments. Clean and I always found a place. There are motorcycles and kayaks to rent, there is also a small beach bar. I recommend this rental option. He

Fab chilled holiday
Loved our holiday here, quiet, peaceful, well kept apartments, grounds and pool..2 families in one villa, had all we.needed, with a optional towel change in week.we were there. All very clean..the apartments are basic but works.for the heat, family holiday accommodation. We loved it. Number of restaurants in walking distance in both sea front directions, supermarket and 2 restaurabts, around the corner and great little ice cream place. We enjoyed having a small car to get around the island and visit different beaches etc but think you can get buses round to some areas. Lovely, calm family area. Small waterpark nearby great for our 7 year old children..little.beach nearby lovely.

Beautiful place
Lovely villas, great pool and very friendly and helpful staff. Great holiday. Very clean. As we were leaving late at night the staff accommodated us by letting us stay in the villa until we got picked up at no extra cost. We will be back as soon as we can

Fantastic value on gorgeous little villas
We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2020.
Pluses:
- Beautiful villas, on a cliff overlooking the sea
- pool
- walkable to the nearby beach
- walkable to Binibeca Vell " town"
- close to bus stops to Mao
- free, fast wifi
- villas include full kitchen ( microwave, kettle, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, sink, and all utensils, servingware, and cooking implements)
- airy, lovely rooms
- clean, quiet, secure
- incredible value for a 2-bedroom villa (50 euros/night in Oct 2020)
- lots of outlets
- helpful staff: they offered a late checkout, were helpful with taxis, etc
Minuses:
- there's not much to do in Binibeca, so be prepared to just relax :)
- No buses in the off season, be prepared to take taxis
- grocery stores nearby, but very expensive; get groceries in Mao before you arrive!
Overall, hugely recommend. We loved it.
