Great

Next to old town, ribiero market very close, tram stop over the road, I think its a great location, room is large with duel aspect windows, 2 express supermarkets next door, we walk into the city centre, but bus and tram very close, so is main train station.

TO BE AVOIDED

We slept 6 nights, bathroom, room and common areas well cleaned. Persian glass and our room untouchable so were dirty. The partially broken shutters. From the first day we asked to replace the battery of the safe. Result the "maintenimiento" failed to do so in 6 days. Same thing for one of the two wire meshes broken and very noisy every time you moved on the bed. Called the "maintenimiento" and same result of the pile...nothing fact. At the umpteenth request I was offered another room but smaller and with quennbed for two people. Forget it, look for something else.

Clean rooms, very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the old town. The parking is terrible though, a very small lot in the back that fills up quickly. Very hard to navigate and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The Wi-Fi also was really bad, would work for a little bit but then completely stop working.

Excellent and convenient location to visit Bilbao.Basic and clean rooms.Personale friendly and welcoming, we also found an Italian guy, Danilo, who was extremely available to provide us with all the information to spend four days of vacation. Recommended definitely.

Super basic hotel charging 5 star prices

The hotel is a bit off the attractions. While the staff is fantastic, the rooms are so basic! This would not be a problem, but they charge so much! We loved Bilbao but were not too keen on this hotel. Terrible view, decaying facilities and not a good location.
