Excellent place and fab location. The online check in was absolutely fine and easy. We added a couple of very late extras (dog, early check in, late check out) and were called to confirm it was all fine. Lovely room with a balcony, wash machine, big telly, fridge and microwave etc. would deffo recommend.

It is indeed an apartment. Not a hotel! ;-)

Highlights: Very, very well located in Bilbao, very clean, bright, and modern with a nice little kitchen and quiet air conditioning! :-) Less nice point: no reception, no cleaning, and no changing of towels or small trash cans during the booked week. After a few days, there is sand everywhere, no more toilet paper, and no more soap in one of the 2 dispensers. We had to do some extra shopping and clean as best we could with wipes. It is indeed an apartment, not a hotel! ;-)

Nice hotel, but some weird things. The bed was a pull-out and not comfortable; you also had to fold down/lose your dining table to use it. The aircon was ok, but didn't cool the lower half of the room where the bed was, so it was swampy at night. They had staff that would come over quickly if you messaged them on WhatsApp, but there was no physical front desk, which was odd. Not much of a community ambiance.

Fantastic location near public transport and restaurants. It's been the only hotel in the two weeks we've been travelling Spain to remember to put the baby cot we requested in, very pleased with that. Easy to get in and out and smooth check in.

The trundle bed is far too low and big gap between the mattress and the wall - the room was large enough for a proper size bed which would have been more comfortable. For goodness sake put handles on the bathroom doors!
