Amazing place in the heart of Bilbao

The place is really charming and authentic. Its location is amazing because it is in the middle of everything but it is quiet at the same time. The staff is super friendly and professional, they five you lots of information to make your stay super comfortable. The place itself is different to everything else, it has lots of decoration and it is super original, you feel like you are staying at an antiquity store inicies of a historical building. The Air Conditioning was great and overall I had a really goof experience. I will definitely return in the future.

Stylish, Kind staff + great location in old town

Immaculate and stylish hotel, with lovely artefacts, pictures, books and collectable from around the world. Great location in old town and staff really helpful. Free tea, coffee and cake too.
We had a twin room which was large, booked late on Booking.com at quite a good rate. Some reviews note rooms can be small, so worth checking. Thank you

Not a memorable experience

Dealing with the management to get a missing towel or toilet paper required multiple texts. This was unnecessary and unwelcoming.
The location near the subway was convenient. However, the neighborhood offered few destinations. It was far from old town and the Guggenheim Museum.
The self check-in was easier than I thought, but having to have a phone plan with data to unlock the door coming and going was unnecessarily complicated.
The coffee maker, washing machine and access to refrigerator could be useful amenities.
Not a memorable experience.

Great location. Great staff.

Nice and quiet hotel. Lovely staff especially mention for Daniel. I recommend this hotel. Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely stay.

A LITTLE GEM.

A lovely small hotel right in the centre of the old town..A beautiful room with a balcony looking on to the street below. The lady looking after the place was so helpful and a good breakfast ended a great stay. If you want to be in the heart of everything, then this is the hotel for you.
