Nice hotel great food edgy decor

Great breakfasts friendly helpful waiting staff. Room smart edgy decor. Would benefit from more hanging space or drawers in double room. Awkward concrete pillar in the middle of bathroom. No wear to place cosmetics bag in front of mirror. Loved the L'Occitaine toiletries

An awesome hotel with incredible staff who go above and beyond with all that they do.
Best experience ever. Nothing is too much!!

We had the absolute best time here. We stayed in room 303 and the views were gorgeous of the river, it was a corner room that had three big windows that slightly opened. We were here for Aste Nagusia the big citywide festival and the location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. We walked everywhere, had pintxos at all the local bars, it was super lively. The bed so so comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff could not have been any more positive and generous. Will be recommending this to everyone. Thanks again!

Excellent brief stay

Perfect location for exploring old and new city, close to public transportation so we didn’t use our car. The room was quiet despite the festival going on that week. The staff was impeccably helpful, even arranging for an early picnic breakfast for our early morning departing flight. Would highly recommend!
