Perfect
Everything was perfect, we were very comfortable since the treatment is very good, a very clean and comfortable place, it is also very well located (quiet area) and you can walk to all the places of interest in the city or if you prefer there is a station from metro to 1 minute.

I NEVER STAYED THERE BECAUSE THEY LEFT ME LYING!!!!
I had scheduled a trip to Bilbao 10 days ago for what I have done the booking via AGODA, when I arrived at the place after touring the whole historic center looking for where to park I find who assumed the function of receptionist in an office where there was striking disorder, a young man lying on the couch playing console and well, I left the car where I could and when I got off this lady tells me that if he called me Juan Antonio! I tell him my name and he tells me that there is no reservation, as I understand this person not arriving at 15 hours I try to collect the money, as I understand this time the number of an old card appeared q registered in this app and that they tried to collect there and not being able to cancel the reservation, the thing is that in the morning I announce my arrival and they indicated me how to get, this person on the phone with the boss confirmed it and when being cornered this happened:
1 the boss told me “there are more accommodations in Bilbao you don’t have to stay here obligatorily” (Bilbao in league match and filled all hotels)
2 the boss’ husband insults me by shouting “leave us no longer to talk to that zeta uncle (to which I ask respect and say impertinent)
3 REFUSE TO GIVE ME A CLAIM SHEET AND INVITES ME TO LEAVE YOUR HOTEL
My simple summary IS LOUSY, terrible, inhumane BUSINESS! Don’t stay here, I was thrown away, the hotels I had in Bilbao tonight from 250 to 400€ and the pensions 150€ per person in rooms of 4! Well a terrible situation in which they have not had any empathy and have acted negligently against me leaving me in the street, I am on my way to Zaragoza where I will stay overnight and tomorrow I will return to my house to valencia. A disgusting and shameful business attitude! What a level a lot has put in a 1!

Lo primero, no es un hotel es una pensión.
La verdad es que nos llevamos un poco de desengaño. Cuando llegamos a las 18.30 no había nadie, ni timbre en la puerta. Entramos porque alguien se dejó la puerta abierta. Una vez dentro tuvimos que llamar por teléfono porque no había nadie para hacer el check in.
El último día cambiaron la llave para abrir la puerta y no avisaron, por tanto no podíamos entrar y tuvimos que llamar otra vez al chico. El personal es muy amable, ellos tampoco tienen la culpa..
Una vez llegamos a la habitación (104) no había papel en el baño, solo funcionaban dos bombillas, una pata de la cama estaba torcida, los muebles picados... Las almohadas muy blandas. No hay persianas, solo unas cortinas tupidas y el aire no funcionaba. Como parte positiva puedo decir que es una zona silenciosa y está bien situada para ver la ciudad y la limpieza es buena.
La verdad que para el precio (180€) 3 noches no se puede pedir mucho pero hemos estado en hoteles por ese precio que estaban mucho mejor.
