Great quality, price and location.
Little village super tiny, at night has little to do but by day it is lovely.
Ideal place to do mountain routes.

Central hotel, clean and great rest

Hotel very centrico in besalu, very clean beds super comfortable, total silence that is thanked a lot if you come from a big city to be able to rest. Very nice little hotel very comfortable. Attention by noelia very good from the Reservation until the last day of stay. I recommend it 100x100 thanks

Solo in extremis!!!

I never saw anyone and never even spoke to anyone. Everything done by text message - a first for 78-yr-old me - but VERY efficient. One night stopover en route to Girona airport and no complaints at all. If this is a hotel of the future, then bring it on!

The best is the owner, location and amenities.

The hotel is charming, the rooms are bright, clean and very cozy, and they also smell fantastic of lavender. It has a living room on the ground floor with tables, armchairs, books, games.... although there is no cafeteria, the living room has a refrigerator, microwave and a drinks machine to have breakfast. Also near the hotel there is a pastry shop with delicious buns.
The hotel is very well located, central and you can park very close.
The town is amazing.
The charming owner, very helpful and friendly.
We will be back.

Very simple hotel with bare, cheerless rooms

Clean, but very simple, nearly barren room with a very small bathroom ... too small and simple for the 93 EUR we paid for it. Location is OK, although there were lots of road works in Besalù, making it a less nice place to stroll around. You cannot park your car close to the hotel. Reservation procedure was very complex and almost paranoid. They may have had bad experiences before, but still ...
