Hostal Auzoa is set next to Bera’s main square and 30 minutes’ drive from the beaches at Iparralde, San Sebastián and Biarritz. It features a restaurant and a terrace overlooking the river. Located on the 2nd floor of a house dating from 1900, the 6 rooms at Hostal Auzoa have modern décor with wooden flooring. All rooms have heating, a TV and a private bathroom. The Auzoa also has a communal area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The restaurant serves pintxos tapas dishes and a range of local cuisine. The rack railway leading to Monte Larún, on the French border, is just 35 minutes’ drive away. The surrounding hills are ideal for hiking and cycling. Irún is 15 km away, while Saint-Jean-de-Luz can be reached in 25 minutes by car. Please inform Hostal Auzoa in advance of your expected arrival time. Basic but very cute

We stayed at Hostal 1 night, family of 4 with 2 small children. I can hardly imagine spending there entire week but for short stay if is a perfect place. As the others said we were asked to avoid making noise as this is old, wooden building but other than that the host was super nice, place is particularly tidy, few typical bars around the corner and village is lovely.
Have a good stay!

expensif and lost

the owner is never at the hotel cos there is no reception, you have to call her so she can open the main door!
We were told to not let our kid walk on the floor cos the floors were noisy and it might disturb the neighbours
the surroundings are beautiful but it is expensif for what it is.
The toilets were leaking, the sink as well. The shower floor was made of plastic and was bending over my weight... 60 kilos./120 pounds
The rest was clean, the balconies were great to eat with a nice view.
The owner did not make the effort to speak french to us, eventhough she speaks it very well and it is advertised on her website.
it was also written that there was free wifi in the hotel... it' s a lie, there is no connection whatso ever, The laundry machine was a lie to.

Super

Un petit hôtel bien sympa. A pris abordable. L'hôte Est accueillant et la literie super confortable. Super. Si vous êtes de passage ou même pour un week-end. Ce petit hôtel sera vous apporter le confort qu’il vous faut.

Hostal trés agréable!

En balade moto avec mon fils, une alternative de repos reconfortante dans cet hostal modeste mais accueillant et confortable. Chambre avec douche dans le couloir très satisfaisante. Accueil très chaleureux....pas pris de petit déjeuner: partis de bonne heure le matin.
Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Parfait rapport qualité prix.

Buen alojamiento

Estuve con mi familia durante 4 días y el trato fue muy bueno, tanto por parte de la propietaria como el bar/restaurante que tienen en la planta baja! Todos muy amables y las habitaciones muy bien. Además de ofrecer una cocina en el primer piso y una terraza muy bonita. Recomendadísimo!
