Excellent value and brilliant staff
I stayed at Now Benidorm Hotel with 3 other lads and we had a fantastic stay.
The room was clean (maybe slightly dated) but was a perfect basecamp for us. The bathroom was also spotless.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Each receptionist, bartender, cleaner we met was very friendly and up for a laugh.
The pool was well maintained and has a good atmosphere, the bar was equally good for starting our night at.
Location wise, the hill is pretty brutal but after a few beers you'll forget all about it. The hotel next door does play music from 10am (not great if you're hungover) but it is no fault of NOW Benidorm.
Ultimately, this hotel served its purpose perfectly for us and we would gladly stay again.

Good for a partying holiday / weekender
Visited here for a 4 night stay in June.
Have to say, we couldn’t fault the place.
Hotel is clean enough. It’s not spotless, but it’s also cheap.
Reception staff very friendly, and approachable with any queries.
Secure gated system.
Cheapish bar.
Decent pool area.
The clientele very friendly Also and a proper holiday and community feel around the place.
Only gripe is the location being up a hill.
I wouldn’t say the hotel is suitable for those with kids, those with mobility issues, or those looking for a romantic getaway.

Avoid
Room was absolutely stinking, hadn’t been cleaned properly before we had the keys, still lady’s hair on my bed, we had a freezing cold shower all weekend to which we had notified reception who said that’ll it be fixed. It never did. Had to bite the bullet and take it like a man. May as well have had a hosepipe. The mess Underneath the bed I’d rather not go there…
The whole floor underneath us was getting renovated so waking up with a hangover every morning to the sound of an angle grinder or a sledgehammer wasn’t on my plans that weekend so that was definitely a putting off, you needed
a cscs card to stay there!

Spot on
We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and the man on the front desk was spot on and very helpful. The room did have odd marks on the walls, but it was clean. I would recommend this place and would stop again.

Absolutely beautiful place been a few times people very friendly and polite great hotels and the bars and restaurants good value for money the best place for me and my family was charlies place
