Una persona de administración fue "poco amable"

La ubicación es muy buena, el edificio bastante antiguo, el dpto. con buena vista, pequeño, la habitación muy cerrada y pequeña, con 2 camas individuales. Aceptan mascotas con cargo, pero no pueden hacer sus necesidades en el jardín, o sea no sé para qué aceptan mascotas. Hay un señor que te corre para que la mascota no esté en el pasto. Dos veces saltó la térmica, se cortó la luz. Nadie contestó los teléfonos. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que seguramente estábamos usando mucha electricidad. Usamos sólo el lavarropas y una hornalla. Una noche se activó el detector de humo, estaba cocinando una hamburguesa y el extractor no funcionaba. La alarma sonó como media hora, nadie atendió nuestros llamados. Decidimos no cocinar, no lavar, osea sólo dormir. Presupuesto para ir a cenar todas las noches, no estaba previsto. Asi que fui a hablar en administración, me atendió una señorita rubia (Katerina), muy despectivamente me dijo "yo no sé cómo cocina usted". Nos dijo que había ido un electricista para ver qué pasaba, pero como estaba la mascota, no pudieron entrar. IBAN A ENTRAR SIN NOSOTROS Y SIN NUESTRO PERMISO!! entonces le dije muy amablemente que iba a poner reseñas de lo sucedido y me dijo "puede poner las reseñas que quiera, PARA NO VOLVER". Juro que esa noche no dormí, me hizo sentir muy mal, sobretodo porque mi trato fue muy bueno. Al día siguiente, ya nos íbamos del apart, fui a dejar las llaves, y me atendió María. Le expliqué lo sucedido, y ella sí me trató muy bien, como debe ser, más trabajando para el turismo. Pidió disculpas, no me cobró la estadía de la mascota. Muchas gracias María por tu buena atención.
