Not in the summer
Campsite far from everything, for the bus you have to walk 15 minutes, no shade at all on the plots, pool is okay but it is too small, pool without rules here you can have balls, floats, somersaults, small supermarket and not very expensive and some entertainment.

Ubicación: Nos encontramos en pleno Rincón de Loix, a poco más de 1,5 km de la Playa de Levante y a solo unos cientos de metros del núcleo urbano y la zona de ocio de Benidorm, una ubicación bastante céntrica dentro de la oferta de campings de la zona.
Sombra en parcelas: Todas nuestras parcelas disponen de arbolado y, además, durante los meses de verano instalamos toldos adicionales para garantizar la máxima sombra y confort térmico posible.
Normas de piscina: Contamos con una normativa específica para garantizar la seguridad y el descanso de todos. Tanto nuestro equipo de socorrismo como el de animación velan a diario por su cumplimiento, aunque tomamos nota de tu comentario para reforzar la supervisión en momentos de mayor afluencia.
Agradecemos sinceramente tu feedback, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando día a día. Esperamos volver a recibirte pronto y ofrecerte una experiencia aún más satisfactoria.

The entertainers are a 10, the best part of the whole campsite

Tent Experience !
We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. Firstly the location was great for walking to Aqualandia or Mundomar, roughly a 15 min walk. Roughly 20 minutes from the centre of Benidorm. The site has plenty of amenities. The pool is fantastic, my kids loved it. Great bar nice and cheap. We stayed in a tent. On arrival they are spotless and the toilet and showers were too. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay in the tents again as they were far too hot! Couldn’t sleep or get comfortable. They do supply an air con unit in them but honestly it was like being thrown into a fire in there. Would defo look at hiring a villa. All the staff were friendly and we met lots of lovely Spanish people staying. They have a laundry room which is 3.50 euros to use. Clean and lovely. We didn’t really go to the restaurant as no air con and found it unbearable to sit in there.
Overall would return but just not for glamping.

Not a nice place to stay
Located outside of the main entertainment area of Benidorm, very dark of an evening not much street lighting. Old fashion accommodation with bare minimum essentials desperately needs updating. Reception staff rude and not helpful, certainly not catered for people with disabilities around the pool area and to club house all steps and no ramps anywhere.

Location and surroundings: We are strategically located as one of the closest campsites to the Rincón de Loix area. Regarding the lighting on the external street, as it is a public road, its management depends entirely on the local Town Hall. However, the area is equipped with streetlights along the entire path, as well as a pedestrian zone and a bike lane to ensure comfortable and safe access.
Facilities and accommodation: We would like to point out that the campsite underwent a comprehensive renovation a few years ago to update our facilities. On our website, we accurately detail the features, equipment, and layout of each type of accommodation so that our guests can choose the option that best suits their needs before booking.
Accessibility: Inclusion is a top priority for us, and we provide adapted facilities. The restaurant features an access ramp for wheelchair users. Furthermore, our swimming pool is designed with a "beach-style" entrance (a zero-entry, progressive slope with no steps) to allow guests to walk in comfortably, and we provide a specific amphibious chair so that guests with reduced mobility can enjoy the water safely with the assistance of our lifeguard.
Our team: We are deeply saddened by your perception of our reception staff. In fact, the friendliness, approachability, and willingness to help shown by our entire team are among the highest-rated qualities by our visitors. We regret if you felt otherwise on this occasion, as this does not reflect our service standards.
