HB Benidorm Centre
Quick Review. Rooms Great but not lots of storage. Shower fantastic but the way it was set up it left lots of water on bathroom floor.
Fridge really small. Views from 9th floor at the back fantastic.
The Hotel caters for large groups of people and TBH I personally didn't like it. From one group playing their own radio with dance music loud, To plenty of Rowdy/loudness and drinking in the pool itself. It's the way Benidorm in itself is going but its not what I was looking for in a hotel.
The pool area was the worst we've encountered in Benidorm. It wasn't cleaned well. Always Bird poop all over the beds and floor and tidying when the messy people left always took for ages. So rubbish everywhere. The pool in itself was a bit grimy, but it was a decent shape and sized pool.
Food was alright. Breakfast generally undercooked. The Hash browns were generally raw.
Not a great choice food wise but to be expected with the size of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were always on top of general cleanliness.
The Lifts were awfully slow. Took forever to open and always water dripping from the ceiling. Air Con in reception/lobby and lifts switched off whenever the hotel felt like it.
Overall it was a suitable. Not convinced I would use again. Generally due to the group bookings, which as anyone can see benidorm is changing so that side of things IMO can only get worse
Perfectly situated for Old/New town. The Beach, Bars......

Not a 4 star experience and hot under the collar
We booked into The Hotel Benidorm Centre on Tues 7th April. When we got into the room it was extremely hot, 31.3 degrees to be exact. We turned on the aircon to try and cool the room down only to find out the manager had turned it off for the WHOLE hotel and wouldn't be back until the following morning. So in a vain attempt to make the room cool enough for an afternoon siesta we opened the balcony door (our room was on the warmest side of the hotel) when we discovered the 2nd problem, which was the bar, the 7 seas pub, which the hotel openly advertises as being part of the establishment and even publishes the opening hours as 11:00 - 01:00 in their reception area, was actually closed due to an extensive refurb or to be more accurate was a building site and with that came all the noise you get from a building site, powered plant and shouting contractors, the lot. We enjoyed a lovely view from our balcony, buckets of brick rubble directly below our room, so it was very apparent the back of the hotel was being used as a dumping ground for building waste.
The next day my husband went down to reception to enquire about the aircon only to find out that it is hotel policy to not turn it on in what they consider to be winter and it will only kick in if the outside temperature goes to 27 degrees celsius or above, regardless of what the aircon control shows it to be in the rooms.
All in all there is a lot this hotel are not honest about on their website and other travel partners websites either so we felt it is only fair to give an honest review on here so other travellers can make an informed decision before booking a room here.
In the interest of fairness we would like to point out that the hotel itself is kept clean so hats off to the housekeeping staff and the location is very good as only a short 5 minute walk to Levante Beach & Benidorm Old Town.

Lovely hotel but can be noisy as it’s centred by bars etc
Negatives- Mould around air con in room so kept this turned off all holiday ( room was cool anyway so not a problem).
Window latch broken on window so window in bathroom didn’t close and as we were literally on top of hotel bar it was very loud until 1am.
Walls in room could do with a clean as lots of marks and bits of mould.
Surrounded by bars and so if you were after a quiet early night maybe not the best place for you.
Flooring around pool extremely hot to walk on.
Positives- Lovely clean hotel in all public areas and around pool.
Lovely staff very helpful and polite.
Nice large rooms and bathrooms and balcony/terrace.
Good location for easy access to both Old town and levante as you are in the middle.
Lots of shops/ supermarkets / restaurants literally on the doorstep.
Nice food for breakfast with good choice.
Comfortable beds.
Lovely double shower and nice bathroom.
Overall I would recommend if you were going to go out at night and not sleep until 1am(ish) but if you prefer early night maybe ask for top floor as we were on first floor and was loud.
