Embarrassing.

I was asked by the hotel for an opinion of my stay and after explaining that it was embarrassing that on Saturday the music was on until 4 in the morning at full volume preventing us from sleeping, they answer that it was a one-off event for a special event, gentlemen can not have a special event that leaves the customers who have paid for their stay sleep, UNPRESENTABLE.
On the other hand I complain about the number of children running through the corridors, bar, dining room and reception and that the hotel does nothing (for example security people constantly reminding parents of the obligation to be with their children) they reply that the problem is the guests, gentlemen do something YOU for the enjoyment of all, it is your obligation.

UN LUGAR PARA VOLVER

I spent a weekend at this hotel. It's the second time I've been, but it won't be the last. Everything was perfect, better than the first time. The location is a dream, paradise. The staff are all 10/10, the waiters couldn't be more attentive, great service. The room was very nice, very cozy, large bathroom, comfortable bed, wonderful terrace, incredible views, very nice pool, very nice garden, very good cleaning. Yes, the furniture is antique, so what? If everything else is 10, that doesn't matter. It's clear that this is a hotel where all the staff know how to do their jobs very well. I haven't seen a single mistake, they're extremely attentive. A hotel where guests will never be short of customers, congratulations!!!, and see you soon.

Spectacular Attention

Better service from the hotel staff is impossible. Spectacular is an understatement. Friendliness and a desire to please from all the staff, reception, catering, etc. They were attentive at breakfast and dinner to any request, from clearing our plates to bringing us our drinks; it's impossible to improve. Thanks to everyone and congratulations to those responsible for implementing this culture of pleasing the customer.

Relaxing vacation

Ideal hotel, varied buffet food, excellent entertainment, very pleasant and helpful staff. Spectacular environment. We will return for sure.
We went 4 days to disconnect and rest before returning to everyday life.
