Not a fight star experience!
A three-star hotel experience at best. The bathrobes had holes the size of coffee cups, and the chef was unable to cook a steak to medium — first it arrived well done, then raw, and then raw again. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not handle the situation professionally, as my wife’s plate was not taken back and served together with my corrected dish, meaning we were unable to enjoy our dinner at the same time.
While working in the lounge during the day, the chair I was sitting on suddenly broke beneath me — and no, I’m not overweight. It was clear that the chair had been repaired previously, which likely explains why it collapsed.
To make matters worse, construction workers were making noise from late morning until the afternoon, which significantly affected the overall stay.
That said, the staff were both friendly and professional throughout our stay, which is ultimately what brings the overall rating up to three stars.

Primero Primera has a classic and authentic style, with original pieces that belonged to the family house. While preserving this character is an important part of our identity, we are equally committed to maintaining every space to the highest standards. Excellent breakfast and dinner at on-site restaurant.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is in a lovely, primarily residential neighborhood.
Property includes a private garden with pool.
The room was generously sized, with a comfortable king bed and amenities such as coffee machines, complimentary bottled water and soft drinks, and a package of locally baked cookies.

perfect from start to finish. loved the hotel, food and drinks. staff incredibly helpful. great massage. pity pool was out of service, although i didn’t need it in the end. can’t wait to return.
