Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Basic room but that is to be expected and had everything we needed. Room was clean. Some loud residents in the room next door to us but this was managed by staff as appropriate.

Perfect central area. Don't expect much from a hostel. But this hostel was good enough, perfevt location, had A/C during the heatwave, we got the room with private bathroom and was excelent for our stay. Free coffee in the morning and they gave us only 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash for the entire stay so we had to buy extra in the shop across from the hostel. STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE LOCATION!

Avoid! A real tourist trap.
We went through Booking to reserve a triple room. During payment, the site encountered a bug and, without us realizing it, a quadruple room was also confirmed. On the app, we only saw the triple room. We only discovered the problem upon our arrival.
At the reception, we were asked to pay 50% of the stay in cash, which already seemed very strange to us. The receptionist explained to us in Spanish that we had two reservations and asked us to cancel one of them through Booking. This was followed by a real ping-pong between the hotel and Booking: each blamed the other, with no willingness to help us.
We requested the cancellation of the room that we never wanted to book. The receptionist claimed not to have received the emails from Booking, while the app confirmed the opposite to us. A few days later, we learned that the hotel had indeed received the requests but simply refused the free cancellation.
Therefore, we had to pay for a room in which we never slept. And the worst happened after our return to France: we noticed a new charge of €180 corresponding to that same quadruple room, even though we had already paid for the entire stay and had still not received any refund.
Between the cash payments required, the lack of transparency, the total absence of customer service, and the additional charges, our experience was catastrophic. I strongly advise against this establishment.

Loved staying here! Great location in the old part of town. Lots of character. Close to bars, cafes, shops, transport and attractions.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in all matters. Even helped carry my husband's bag up the stairs!
