The hotel was a no frills, get what you pay for, basic establishment. Overall, the hotel was in a good location and was clean overall (2 little bugs near my shower, but I survived). The room was tight, but served its purpose. My biggest complaint about the room was the “no door” glass shower - the kind where the glass partition runs halfway along the shower so the open space allows you to enter and exit the shower. I am never able to keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor. And a slow drain in the shower didn’t help. My biggest complaint was the customer service. The man who checked us in seemed bothered and wasn’t friendly at all. He initially shorted us one room, and again, seemed annoyed at us for his mistake. I don’t know that I ever saw a smile or heard a thank you from him. Again, I know what to expect considering what I paid. So overall, it could have been better, but it could have been much worse.

Nice hotel in a very good location with helpful staff. Breakfast was basic was always the same each day. Everything else was perfect.

VERY HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST

Booked weeks in advance, we were initially a little shocked to find we had no rooms on arrival. However, compliments must be paid to the reception guy who was left with the job of telling us (although they had sent a text and email earlier that day - we hadn't seen these). There had been a water/electricity emergency affecting our rooms so they had transferred us to their sister hotel (the 4 star Rossello) at the eleventh hour. He provided us with coffee and cake, arranged a taxi (paid for by Evenia) and was most apologetic for the inconvenience.

Able to check in right away at 1145am. Daily cleaning. Rooms clean, great location. They will call a taxi for you. Just ask! It was perfect! No issues.

The hotel is in a good, central location with metro stops nearby. The hotel was clean and the room offered everything we needed. Breakfast was good
