We had a two bedroom apartment in a adjoining building. It was very spacious, well equipped and modern (far better than the photos on hotels.com suggest). Also wonderfully air-conditioned (visited in August), quiet area and rooftop pool very refreshing.
Easy walking distance to two different metro lines (L3 and L7 -for reference, metro tickets are not transferable between those lines -as we were caught out). Also enjoyed a generous breakfast at the hotel and great snacks at local Manolo Bakes cafe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartahotel Bertran and will be coming back! The room was spacious and we were provided a baby crib upon request and availability. We enjoyed that it was in walking distance from the subway station and multiple bus stops. The price was very reasonable and even though we had to turn off all power when we were out, the room stayed cool. They had 2 elevators which is convenient when checking in and out. The Kitchen space was helpful fairly well stocked in utensils. The only thing they missed was we weren’t given any trash bags in the bathroom or kitchen area, but we managed

Other than low water pressure from a clogged shower head that poured more like a garden spigot, this place was amazing! Great staff, location, value, and most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve found in Spain yet. :-)

Fantastic place to stay in Barcelona. In a slightly less touristy bit of town which adds to the fun. Two metro stations v. close so can get into the centre in less than 20 mins. Great to have the kitchen and terrace. Lovely little pool and terrace on the roof too. Great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Staff really friendly. Perfect!

I paid for a double bed and a suite like room with a closed off bedroom with a door. I got neither. That was really disappointing. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful.
