Horrible..... they should take it off the sites ...... or put it in order.how can you keep things so bad..... in and out right away ..... a horrible smell .pity because the village is beautiful, but underestimated. We changed hotels the next day .....

Dirty accommodation on arrival and horrible smell of sewer in apartment number 9.even the maids were sickened I wanted to see the boss but he did not want to move .throughout our stay c was horrible.everything is very badly maintained.to flee absolutely

Jamais volto a ficar neste aparthotel
Fiquei uma semana neste aparthotel que reservei através do BOOKING. No primeiro dia que cheguei reportei de imediato que a luz de teto é o ventilador de um dos quartos não funcionava e que no outro quarta, sendo um rés do chão, a janela não tinha portada o que iria ser desconfortável com o amanhecer e com a privacidade que se quer num quarto e não tinha. E lá está, acordei todos os dias às 6,24 da manhã nas minhas férias! Ao longo da semana fui falando com o responsável do alojamento que nada fez. Comprei pilhas para os comandos que não tinham, os turcos e os lenços são de qualidade baixa, a torradeira tem a pega estragada, enfim.. não mudamos claro porque o apartamento já estava pago e implicava gastarmos muito mais dinheiro. No apartamento dos meus amigos tiveram a companhia de baratas, tendo que ir comprar armadilhas para as mesmas. Ao fim de 15 dias após a viagem o alojamento devolveu o valor do apartamento onde apareceram as baratas e do nosso nada, sendo que o desconforto foi igualmente muito quando não conseguimos descansar convenientemente e como se pretende numas férias. Claro que depois de deixar um comentário menos bom no BOOKING, refutam e dizem uma conjunto de mentiras, tendo eu prova de todas as conversas. Lamentável. Neste aparthotel nunca mais. E adorei Menorca.
