Pleasantly surprised
Had a great 7 night stay. But a few negatives first. Disappointed to find no coffee machine or bathrobes unless you rent them! Never experienced this in any other 4 star hotel. Also, a suggestion for the bathroom - a magnifying mirror on the wall would be very useful.
However, we loved our stay here - the room is big and very clean, and staff all friendly and helpful. Dining room is spacious and the food is good, plenty of choice for us. Gazpacho is delicious! And it’s very good to use coffee machines at breakfast, lunch AND dinner.
It was enjoyable to be among all the Spanish/Portuguese voices and the well behaved children, even though we only speak a little Spanish. We also really enjoyed watching the World Cup final with the Spanish fans!
We were also really pleased to find that sun loungers were not booked with towels in the morning, it was easy to get a sun lounger after breakfast. Well done to the hotel for this.

Night animation almost nonexistent, very weak. Clean hotel, friendly staff and available, reasonable/good food, good facilities (the rooms were remodeled), very well located.

I love this hotel, but what I like most is the staff; they are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to please.

A paradise: Vila Galé Isla Canela Hotel
Vila Galé Isla Canela is a hotel that never ceases to surprise me, I have spent some great days there with my family. I have rested and enjoyed its great gastronomy, beach and location. I congratulate all its workers for how they are, for working so hard and being so kind. Jose as head of entertainment, has made it possible for me to disconnect and participate in all his activities, he is very fun and professional, he does everything with enthusiasm and he transmits that, he is the heart of this beautiful hotel and has formed a great team for the enjoyment of all the guests. Thank you Jose for being the way you are, as well as Mica, Sandra and Luisa who are always there for whatever is needed, you are unique. In short, I recommend going to this beautiful beachfront hotel because it has everything.

Superb Location, Stunning Views & Outstanding Staff
A wonderful hotel stay from start to finish. The property is clean, grand, and stylish, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff are excellent—warm, caring, and always ready to help with anything. The location is superb, with beach-view rooms and just a short walk to the shore. The Mediterranean food is also very good, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended!
