Good choice

Good sleep and good food. We were in a first floor hanitacion, nuy new and clean, comfortable bed and great terrace. The only one that in the early hours the noises of cleaning and coffee are somewhat high. If you want a lot of sleep, they're gonna wake you up. Direct price better than by search engines. Pretty good. Oliver cooks wonderfully!

An organizational disaster

I made a Reservation for a room for 2 person s on Friday for Monday.I call on Monday at 9,30 that I will be late and they tell me that without problem.I arrive at 2 in the morning and they tell me that there is no room, after indicating that they had to fix me they give me room in a town house.They wanted to charge me more than I refused and they house me in a low deck that looked like “an oven”, they had touched 40 degrees for the day.We spent a night of dogs and in the morning to breakfast a person to attend check out , coffee and breakfast, you can imagine who expects.You ask for explanations and they tell you that the person responsible is on vacation (in August) after insisting they tell me that they pass me a person on the phone to which I refuse to talk to someone who. Or I know who it is. I will report of course and also the LOPD, they take photos to the IDs without signing LOPD, then Internet scams appear, where does that data go?
