Exceptional

Exceptional. Our family went to eat on St. James's Day. The menu was fixed. Among us were people with some type of food intolerance. Well, Mr. Juan Carlos and his team, far from making excuses, provided solutions for each one, with personalized dishes. It turned out to be one of the best family meals we remember. Thanks again to the entire dining room and kitchen team for all their attention.

We stayed for four nights, considering the price we were underwhelmed. There was a group of six of us staying and the WiFi did not work for any of us. Despite complaints staff seemed unbothered. Rooms were clean, which was one of the few positives. Breakfast was limited and we had trouble with arranging parking despite the fact our booking ‘included’ parking.

An absolutely magnificent stay in this hotel! Everything was excellent, from start to finish.

Our stay in this hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz will remain a wonderful memory for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt something rare: this immediate impression of being welcomed not just as simple guests, but as visitors who are received with sincerity and care.
Throughout the stay, we felt at home. The friendliness, the quality of the welcome, and the natural kindness of the entire team are truly the soul of this establishment. Every interaction, every gesture, every smile contributed to creating a warm and authentic atmosphere that makes all the difference.
One can feel a genuine pleasure in hosting here and a constant desire to make the stay pleasant and memorable.
At the time of departure, we left the hotel with a pang in our hearts, already wanting to return. A huge thank you to the entire team for these beautiful moments and for transforming a simple stay into a pause of happiness and serenity.
An address we recommend without hesitation and that we will keep cherished in our most beautiful memories of Vitoria Gasteiz.

Excellent quality and location.

Well-located hotel, very close to the center and adjacent to Florida Park. Good service, good buffet breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. There is little more to ask for. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Great location - waking distance to the old area. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you are only an English speaker, they will do their best to help you. Restaurant food was very tasty and overall good value. Breakfast was good with decent selections.
