super great

Now we are back in cold Germany for some time and still reminisce about our stay at Cortijo Rosario. This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Super nice hosts, always approachable and our apartment was so tastefully decorated that we could only feel comfortable. Equipped with everything you need for a stay. Super clean. The tranquility we liked most was surrounded by picturesque hills. We could sit on our terrace and enjoy the vastness. In the morning we were given a great sunrise, at night the starry sky enchanted us. The location is great to discover and visit a lot. After our activities we could relax at the beautiful pool in peace. So conclusion: always, always happy!! THANK YOU!

A site that exceeded our expectations: geographical position, calm environment.

Couple stay for 11 days. A superb site in the quiet Andalusian countryside, beautifully placed in the center of Andalusia allowing day tours without too many kilometers. Back a spacious apartment (#10), clean and well equipped. From the terrace a view for miles on the hills covered with olive groves. In October the sun rises on the terrace and in the evening we are a little in the shade. A very good Welcoming and a good dialogue during your stay. An excellent Price quality ratio, not to mention our dog who also enjoyed it.

Up a very steep hill with big potholes.

Elevated situation with unheated swimming pool. Great views. Visited in December and found Cortijo was very cold apart from communal area, which has log fire. Not much to do in Algamitas,which has a few bars and a bakery. You could visit Seville, Ronda and Camanito del Rey.

Cosy Cortijo up a very steep hill.

Cosy cortijo great for groups in lounge with log fire. Some rooms are small. Beautiful pool (unheated) area. Barking dogs nearby will keep you awake. The road from Algamitas is unsurfaced and very rough in places.

Stunning scenery from comfortable hotel

We stayed at this hotel with a group of walkers. The first thing that greets you is the amazing scenery and the warm welcome from the hosts, Cartouche and Joke.
The hotel is a very comfortably converted famhouse. clean and modern, with spectacular views from the terrace and balconies.
The delicious evening meals, served on the terrace, were local dishes, cooked and served on site. The last-evening paella was exquisite. The picninc lunches supplied were simple but delicious.
The hotel had everything you needed - swimming pool, bar, dining room, lounge, filled bookshelves, en suite facilities. And it's close to the city of Seville for a day visit. And with only 8 rooms, it is great for small groups.
I would recommend this peaceful hotel to anyone staying in Andalucia.
