Return Visit ,Just Gets Better
Just got home from our 2nd visit to this amazing Hotel.Everything about this place from the staff, rooms , public areas, and restaurants makes it a truly 5 star experience.
Reception.
All front of house staff are great, special mention to Natascia who was so professional and helpful in securing us a beautiful room.
Rooms
We stayed in Daphne building, lovely view of the pool area ,plenty of space and kept spotlessly clean by Anglees who was so hardworking,friendly and polite.
Restaurant
We upgraded to half board as we were so impressed by the food last year.
The quality of the food is phenomenal it’s the best buffet I’ve ever seen, so much choice for breakfast and evening meal.
Thanks to Alona who greeted us every morning with a smile and a latte,
Jimon at dinner was so lovely as well.
We ate twice at the Italian restaurant Portofino
Definitely worth a visit, food is delicious and as previously mentioned the staff were brilliant.
Pool
We spent most of the time by the fresh saltwater pool which is lovely always kept supplied with cool drinks and snacks by Miriam a wonderful character who we were so pleased to meet up with again.
This Hotel in my opinion is the best in Costa Adeje.
When a Hotel can get clients to keep returning shows you that they are definitely doing something right.
Also was really nice to see senior management interacting with guests.
Working in hospitality myself I feel this is so important.
Thank you everyone who made our holidays so special.
We are already planning to return next year to our favourite place.

Amazing Iberostar Anthalia
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to make your stay memorable. Ruth and Alexis were very welcoming. Michel made sure everything was catered for, arranging an wheelchair for my dad, and offered to make drs appointment when my eldest slipped over. The Iberostar entertainment team absolutely nailed it in terms of entertainment choice - Silent disco, darts, paddle tennis, waterpolo, ping pong and arranged according to age. Food is amazing with something for everyone and wide choice, catering for kids and gluten free too. The greatest showman show was impressive and location of hotel is ideal with restaurants and access to the beach very easy.

Highly recommended will definitely return to this hotel
We had a fantastic holiday and honestly couldn’t have asked for more! ❤️
We stayed in a duplex room with my husband and son, while my mum had a single room. We were in the Aida block, which was perfect — close to all the facilities and with a beautiful view.
From check-in, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. We particularly preferred walking to the right, as the walk to the left takes you towards Playa de las Américas, which wasn’t really for us.
We stayed half board and all of the food was absolutely gorgeous. We normally like to have a couple of evenings out trying local restaurants, but the food was so good that we didn’t bother this time!
We also made great use of the lobby bar, where the drinks and snacks were all to a really high standard. The staff in both the lobby bar and restaurant were so welcoming, friendly and attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble.
A special mention has to go to Miriam at the pool, who looked after us so well. She was incredibly welcoming, worked so hard and definitely deserves recognition. ❤️
The cleaning staff who looked after and maintained our room were also excellent. Our room was kept to a very high standard throughout our stay, as was the rest of the hotel — everywhere was spotless.
The evening entertainment was perfect for us — enjoyable, relaxed and just enough without being too much.
The sun loungers were really comfortable too! We were definitely guilty of getting up early to claim our favourite spot. ☀️
For a week’s R&R, we truly couldn’t have asked for more. I genuinely have no negatives at all to mention.

Lovely hotel with fab staff
Fantastic hotel - staff are super friendly, the food is varied and tasty, room and facilities are clean and modern. Then entertainment is consistently good and bar staff are fab. Nearby beaches are busy but easy to get to. The hotel pools are large and there is no mad rush for sunbeds. We have had a lovely stay and would love to come again.

Amazing time
Had the most amazing experience here , and especially with the most amazing waitress Miriam , she was so attentive, and constantly checking in on us to make sure all was okay , definitely recommend! She’s the best
