THE WORST OF MY LIFE.

Everything is a horror. The room was filthy, the TV remote had grime stuck to it, dust everywhere, the shower does not drain, it floods, and the bathroom smells terrible.
They change the towels with the cleaning, but they are dirty before you use them.
The cleaning leaves much to be desired, as they do not vacuum. Not to mention that there is no typical sign to place on the door if you do not want to be disturbed, so they knock on the door, and if you do not answer for whatever reason (you are sleeping, in the tiny shower they have, or you are busy...) the cleaning lady directly proceeds to enter. In other words, zero privacy.
It is located on one of the busiest streets in the city, a street full of bars, nightlife, and dining.... In other words, noise until 2 in the morning. But noise as if they are in the room with you, which is normal since the windows are ancient.
There is a window in the room that directly faces another room's window and has no curtain or anything, so you cannot prevent the neighbors from seeing you....
As for the reception, it is nonexistent in physical form; there is only a phone to call, and they answer when they want.
I had a serious problem with the hotel, and when I called, it took about six calls for them to answer me. When they finally did, they did not provide a solution, they take no responsibility for anything, and on top of that, the person hung up on me angrily. I had to call back, and in total, they did not resolve anything for me. A terrible customer service, indeed.
You have no one to complain to about anything; you are abandoned.
In summary, the worst experience I have had by far.

Shower was too small, couldn't get in and I'm not big. Toilet seat broken. One day there was no hot water to shower, had to shower cold. Cleaner left their dirty cloth on the toilet.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past and recently booked again expecting a normal pleasant stay. Unusually as I booked in for my flight at he airport I received an e-mail asking me to pay for the accommodation with a link and telling me that in return I would be provided with "key codes" to enter the property. I didn't understand the message and assumed that I would be able to deal with checking in when I arrived at the accommodation. On arrival I couldn't enter the property, however a young spanish woman (also a guest) who spoke perfect English telephoned the owners of the hotel after opening the reception door to ask what had happened to my booking. The owners informed her that they had cancelled the booking because I did not respond immediately to the messages and I lost my room and spent the night sleeping on one of the benches next to the beach until I could find alternative accommodation the next day. This is the most discraceful experience I have ever had and would recommend anyone to avoid this Hostil Hotel like the plague!
