Great location, right where you want to be, particularly when it’s your first time in A Coruña.
Amazing staff, very knowledgeable, ready to help you find your way around, friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a beautiful smile.
They keep the place, (clean every day) spotless.
I will definitely stay with them again 😊

WORSE IMPOSSIBLE, NOTHING TO DO WITH PHOTOS, EVERYTHING DETERIORATED AND BAD SMELL

Evitad ir. I will try to be brief about my stay. Very very bad smell, both tobacco and "used", you hear absolutely everything from the next rooms, from closing the toothpaste to the phone taptap, the room has nothing to do with the photos, lack of hygiene. Both the stairs going up and certain parts of the floor or doors have rot, broken floodlights, plantless pots, mirror with itches, shower curtain bar with rust (because it is not shower with screen as in the photos but bathtub of 1 meter with curtain), the towels did not change them (they say that the policy is to change it every 3 days), we had a single bottle of gel MINUSCULO for two people for two days, in the photo appear 4, the drain of the bathtub with scuffle. The bed consists of a sheet, a duvet WITHOUT COVER, and another sheet above. With no receptionist, and going remotely, as you go on the weekend as in our case, when people party (because it is in the middle of the night exit street), scandal and bad rest is assured. I will upload pictures to the booking reviews for anyone who may be interested in checking. The lock is our grandparents’ knob with a rotating eyelash, and it didn’t work well to be able to close. In short, very well located, but it is like being in a 1960s establishment that I should not even have the category of pension under my experience traveling. If you were transparent about it and you choose to go, then great. But it is not right to offer a room with pictures and quality of services that ARE NOT REAL. I leave real photos and captures of what they offer.----- Besides I tried to solve this by phone, I had to leave for work at 8.30 and I didn't wait for the reception staff to arrive or to be answered by the remote camera when I dawned, and being at work after reading reviews and so many problems of people with the same experience as me, who did contact and did nothing for them, and since I was going to arrive at 11 o'clock on a Saturday night, and I said they were full on the internet, and I took it for granted that they would not change rooms, I didn't call (I worked at the Expocoruña with a thousand people in the background, imagine what I could hear also if I called) and they shield themselves is that not to reach a solution. Now they tell me that they have another place with rooms in better condition and that they would have changed me, I think their thing is that if they have better rooms they occupy them first and do not give me the worst services that I have had in my whole life. I'm not able to upload the video of the stairs, but you could hear it creaking and you could see the slope from the deterioration. Honestly, there are no words to describe it. They should be transparent and put real photos, not beds with cushions and bathrooms with screens and everything clean and in good condition, illuminated etc. But that the courtyard of lights was the least....

Successful stay

Very friendly and helpful reception. We got a good introduction to the area and valuable food tips.
Room very clean with enough storage space and space. Partly with a small balcony. At night with the window open rather on the lively side, beds rather sagged.
Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable in this accommodation.

Weekend visit in Coruña

The situation of the Hostel is impeccable, it is in the pedestrian area near the Plaza María Pita. Ideal for visiting the city without the need to use a bus or taxi.
It is a bit dated but in our case it was clean and the bathroom had shower with screen.
The staff told us how to get around the city.
