Bad experience from the door

Rather bad and with little empathy and bad instructions on the operation and use of the park.

Fine but needs to improve small details

I would give it more Rating except for the reason that when checking in late (21:30) from 16:00 nohy no one in the hotel and it is confusing. The hotel entrance foot would not open, wifi would not work. Correct phone call. Very clean and tidy room, huge and comfortable bed. You hear noises from other rooms too much.
