This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that Acacia Terrace will be undergoing maintenance from 14 August 2025 to 30 November 2025. During this time, the restaurant will remain open and continue to serve guests with a limited menu. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements. Please contact the resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays. Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another. The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
