Superb @ Stemar

Superb if one requires a clean and comfortable overnight stay at a good rate. Safe parking, friendly service, well equipped and quiet. Ideal for a good night’s rest in Graaff-Reinet.

Inexpensive & quiet but bed & kitchen very small & basic

We stayed a couple of nights on a road trip from Jo’burg to Cape Town. Our apartment was clean, shower good, nice shared garden & some outside eating space. The rooms are small, the kitchen in particular. There is a second single bed, which is just as well, as the double is very small. Our ceiling fan didn’t appear to work & we don’t like air con, but fortunately, with all the doors & windows open there was some through- breeze, so we could sleep despite the heat. It’s nice & quiet. We’d been on the road for a while & my husband was desperate to wash some clothes, but when he asked & offered to pay extra and do it himself, he was told it wouldn’t be possible. Period 1970s colour scheme.

Peacefull once again

Was my 3rd time here and will go again. Cosy with a aircon for the hot summer days. Was here twice in 2016 and the service is still excelent like before. Dankie oom Stephen

Convenient, Affordable and Friendly

Although I only booked for one night and briefly saw the hosts, Stemar will be my default accommodation in Graaff-Reinet in future.
Clean, neat and safe environment and real value for money.
