Great value full-service hotel in downtown Hargeisa.
Tourism in Somaliland is a work in progress, and the Jees Hotel is helping to push that forward. Easily reserved through Booking.com, everything from the room to meals will need to be paid in cash on arrival. The prices are all-around reasonable though.
The hotel can have a car waiting for you at the airport for $20. Same price as hiring a taxi on the spot. Rooms are modern and have fantastic wi fi, strong air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the city and a hot water kettle on request. Food is good, with room service available all day, even during Ramadan when everyone is fasting. They also graciously offered a late checkout.

It’s so cool it’s cool that they have the ability of to do it all at the right price for the price and not the same amount as a normal
